So, since it mostly seems to be artists hanging around here currently, mind if I pose a question? What tools and programs do you guys use to make your dragons?

I am... let's be generous and say "inexperienced" with Photoshop, so I use Paint.net which is great for pixel art, but I haven't added many plugins yet so it's still a bit limited. I am also "inexperienced" *cough*lousy*cough* with tablets so I do everything with my mouse. I'm curious to know what everyone is using.
