How do they feel?: thunderstar in particular is wary, more concerned with keeping watch for lord von brigid than on collecting kindling. more than once, arrowstream and skytrail send one another concerned glances, silently gesturing to places where they feel the lord may be lurking, while quartzsight and jackdawshadow stick close to the apprentices, not waiting to raise the alarm unless they have true reason to fear. for now, the eventide cats keep their ears pricked and eyes focused.

Lord Von Brigid seems to be lurking while your cats explore. How do they feel?: Canaryclan only sent their kits and apprentices because they thought it was a kit's camp. The kits are frightened while the apprentices are, mostly, trying to calm them down. Ingotkit and Obsidiankit appear brave but their fluffed out tails and wide eyes say otherwise. It doesn't help that Dustpaw is purposefully trying to scare everyone else while Quailpaw yells at her sister to stop (it's not working).

The only ones that seem to be spooked by the giant cat beast are the young kits. Spritezero bumps into him, humming curiously, and he whips his head around to face her with wide, terrified eyes. "I've never seen a bird so... quiet," he whispers, ears flattening.

Spritezero looks up at them herself, her smile never wavering. "Maybe they're just here to kepe an eye on us? Bookclub talks about how smart the bird their twoleg owned, remember?" she offers, and Flashstep nods. That makes sense, sure, but that doesn't make him feel any better about it...
