Hey all, friendly archivist here. I’d like to ask that everyone please refrain from posting ref updates for simas who are not yet archived. It makes things much harder on us and while I know it’s annoying to have to wait, doing that just slows us down since we are not allowed to update refs anyway if it’s not yet in the archive. Thanks for understanding.

The archive thread is temporarily paused to give us time to catch up. Please do not make any more posts on here until I post again to reopen it. I apologize for the inconvenience but we currently have only one active archivist and one apprentice who is still learning the ropes and the thread has already reached over five pages of post we haven’t gotten to yet.

Before I reopen this thread, read closely.

The archive rules have gotten a complete overhaul and the forms should all be fixed.
I'll quote the new rules below for you all to read. If these rules are broken, you will receive a warning.

➸ You may only post once per page, and this post must consist of every trade/gifting you have made in an
organized fashion. Edit your posts, do not post twice.

➸ We are no longer archiving old items unless you haven't submitted your Simas yet whatsoever.
Any old items forgotten are void.

➸ Do not trade/gift/sell 2020+ Simas or Items if they haven't been added to the archives yet.
If your Sima/Item hasn't been added for over four weeks since it was made, please notify an
archivist politely.

➸ Revamps, growths, and transfers must be approved before you can submit them to be added to the archives.

➸ Requesting to clean up your archive list is okay, but you must prove you aren't adding extra items or
removing any. This is the archivist's responsibility. We will check.

Also note, any user receiving gifts from Pumpkin Cupcake are exempt from the monthly limit of receiving
5 Simas through gifting/trading per month. I am aware of the users receiving these Simas, as it has been
brought to my attention. Thank you all.
