There is absolutely nothing suspicious about this secondary form. Nothing at all.
Definitely not me realising how much bias the randomiser has shown despite being a true randomiser and so on, and wanting to step in in case the rolls continue like that still. Not at all.

A note about the function of ulnal and tibial dimelia. Both are body mapping errors, inspired by similar conditions in humans. It can also be induced deliberately but I'm not recommending looking that up. Basically the body tries to make two of a limb but as diverging overlapping mirror images. It doesn't normally affect the ability to walk or manage anything, although that's dependent on exactly how it expresses. As such, these do not give a cat any advantages or disadvantages on any rolls (much like being a munchkin) unless they inherit a power specifically.
Ulnal and tibial dimelia are both able to express in a variety of ways, at the discretion of the artist; essentially, the mirroring can start at any point on the (preferably lower) leg and be to any extent.
A split nearer the top of the leg can be described as proximal _ dimelia, and one near the toes can be described as distal _ dimelia. There is no genetic difference, these are just ways to be specific.
Typically the colours are roughly mirrored as well, although there's some variation (and artists are allowed to deliberately not mirror if they don't want to), and this is a way to distinguish cats with distal dimelia from cats with polydactyly.
