neptune takes a tally of everygoo interested in the golden gift. after making sure everyone is on his list, he closes his eyes and moves his paw up and down the paper. “the winner is..” his face immediately turns sour. “i was pointing to nothing - one more time!!” the diab laughed as he repeated his (completely fair and totally the best way to choose a random name from a list) process. “congrats to..”
