So. Anton made a... friend. A friend that very much gave him the creeps-- not to be rude or anything! Their name was "White", apparently, and had arrived to the area with a group of other interestingly-clothed wermz. Truthfully, Anton had never really made any friends until this fellow, so he didn't have much to go off of in regards to what "normal" was, but... they kept staring at him like they had a craving for some metallic sustenance. It was really freaking him out.

Anton shrugged up his shoulders to feel more safe in his jacket. Sometimes he'd hear some gurgling noise behind him, but whenever he looked over his shoulder, White would just be following behind as usual and give him an emotionless stare.

... Really, really freaking him out. Anton decided to introduce White to the shopping district to start. He wasn't going far from civilization with this freak.

Anton was far more confident now. Having survived his (non) perilous journey yesterday, he let his curiosity guide his exploration. He also felt much safer in his new jacket! While the sun was still beating down on him, not having as much direct contact was nice-- and he appreciated the protective cloth around some of his most vital circuits. Anton hugged the walls of rubble for safety, but he was excited to find some new things to hoard! Maybe he could find something shiny to bring back...

Not exactly shiny… but Anton did find a brochure piece!

extra: Slowly with each exploration Oil has decided that the City outskirts are their favorite to visit ! Not only does it have the oil slick puddles to roll around and play in but it has a tone of cool items, whether that be scrap and fun pieces of clothing, they always find something interesting! They're starting to gather a wardrobe and it excites them to no end, they do need to be careful of rolling in the wrong puddle though since they don't want to ruin their stylish new clothing.

extra: Matchi and Tigro have effectively made up, they're doing much better now that they've talked everything out. Plus, they really need each other in this place of desolate solitude, a fear creeping up their spines as they pass the threshold once more. Now that all those pained feelings have been fixed they find the atmosphere seeping into their bodies and bones. Nothing feels safe in the ruins... nobody left.. nowhere to hide... the fear ensuring them of their own mortality and small size. They both agree to find what they need and get out as soon as possible, hoping a good item might ease their fears.. if they're lucky.

After a minor injury, Cermi has decided to stay back at home, not wanting to put to much pressure on their sprained paw. The new werm, Xenion, is joining the expedition.
