archive updates

- Users are now required to include Chicoon IDs in various forms
if your chicoon is missing from the archive for any reason, there is a form for it to be added

- "Gifting/Selling a Chicoon" form is now required for EVERY chicoon you sell, not just one big batch form.

- "Gifting/Selling a MYO Token" has been changed to "Gifting/Selling a MYO Token or Item"

- Buzz's Birthday Bash and Spring Event have been added to the Archive
