to start off, finn is a very sweet and honest pup.
he's an easy-going dog, especially for his age.
he tries his best to make others proud and
strives for encouragement and praise.
finn tends to be clumsy and trips over
things constantly but simply shakes it off,
usually pretty unbothered by things for
the most part, he seems to recover quickly
and bounce back. still growing, he's always
in search of things to chew on and has a knack
for chewing on things he's not supposed to.
although typically well mannered,
his personality has changed after going
through the traumatic events of the
disaster and he doesn't know if he'll
ever feel like his old self, or if this
will have lasting effects. he's always
been quite social, but now seems
more unsure around strangers, both
of the dog and human variety.
it's mostly bigger dogs that cause him
to be shy, but he warms up to them
quickly as long as they are kind to him.
he stays close to the adult dogs and doesn't
like to stray far. he can be clingy at times.
this pup is most often soft spoken.
finn generally carries a very
balanced temperament and is easy to
get along with.

being so young, you'd think he
hasn't been through much hardship,
this was correct before the disaster
of course. he lived a very comfortable
life among his puppy siblings and mother.
being the smallest and weakest of the
bunch, he had to fight his way to
be top dog in the litter. to get his
mother's attention, to fight for milk.
despite his size and weak frame, he
was thriving with the amazing humans
they had as well as his mother, a purebred
dachshund. his siblings got separated from
him in the disaster, but his mother
was able to save him, his clingy nature
becoming quite the advantage until they
both got caught. now he's often reserved
and huddled in a corner somewhere,
rarely speaking and having more
distrust for humans that he ever had
before. his world was flipped upside
down in a heartbeat, and he's not quite
sure what to make of it. finn considers
himself lucky to have his mother to
care for him and comfort him, as
he needs her now more than ever. he
misses his siblings and hasn't quite come
to terms with the fact that he might
not see them again.

Personality:

the most notable thing about angel is that
she truly is a hopeless romantic and quite
the dreamer. it's hard to deny that this girl
is quite the charmer, and pretty too. her
name fits her appearance, as she sets out
to keep her white coat in pristine condition,
and some might say she's a good soul. despite
this, her name has been of no help with
keeping her grounded to reality. angel is
always longing for something bigger and
better, and believes her purpose is to find
love. she's easily lovestruck and just as
easily flattered if her thoughts are
entertained. though her standards are
rather high when it comes to an actual
relationship, even a friendship. she is not one
to settle by any means. despite seeming
like she'd be the one to make a move,
she is more often yearning from afar and
dreaming up her own ideas. she often has
skewed perception because of this, as she
creates what she wants others to be like
in her mind to the point where she believes it.
other than being absolutely enthused with
the idea of romance, she is a genuine friend
to those she trusts. she's extremely loyal and
knows how to lend a listening ear when she's
really needed. angel can be easy to get along
with if you don't mind hearing her endless
stream of thoughts and feelings. shes often
worried about the wrong thing and is looking
for validation in any new face she sees.

Backstory:
growing up with a dog enthusiast
worked out in angel's favor well.
she belonged to a young girl and
they were eachother's world from the
day angel was bought from her breeder.
from day one her owner had big plans
for her, and though she strived for
her dog to succeed, their relationship
always came first. never knowing
punishment, scolding or negativity,
angel took these chances to be a
little mischievous at times, especially
as a puppy. knowing she wouldn't get
more than a disappointed sigh she would
often find her way into trouble, which
was always great fun for her, but not
for her owner of course. once her owner
enrolled her in agility, and started
training her for dog shows, she began to
find her place and settle into things,
having a healthy outlet for her energy.
never knowing a night without ac or
heat, depending on the weather, she
is more than unresourceful when it comes
to survival. more than she could ever know.
she enjoys living comfortably and has
never felt a need to tune into her instincts

but im finding that despite the fact that im excited to write with you as a team i just dont have
