Personality: Veratrum is as steadfast and loyal of an leader as they come. She has a charismatic, easy going way of talking and interacting with her pack mates and does her best to make sure everyone is heard. She believes strongly in the good of others and their ability to do the right thing and at times she can seem too trusting. She relies heavily on her instincts and tends to act recklessly, putting herself in harm's way before considering the consequences. Veera also has a very prominent competitive streak and does not like to loose or be shown up, she feels a deep desire to be the best at everything and hates losing with a passion. Her ambition and pride can sometimes come across as arrogance. She is confident in her abilities and isn’t afraid to flaunt it. Despite this, she does still have her times of doubt and her excessive pride means that she almost never lets herself show any sort of weakness, instead bodling up her fears and anxieties until they threaten to tear her apart.
History: Veera was a beta of her old pack and used to being in a position of control. Still, while her lower ranked pack mates could not tell her what to do she was bound by loyalty to carry out her alpha’s orders, and she did. Vera is not proud of what she did in the war. The whole thing felt wrong from the beginning, why were the other packs stealing wolves? If they weren’t hostages then where were the bodys? It just didn’t add up. Still, her alpha had been so sure that the other packs were trying to wipe them out. So she put aside her misgivings and fought for her pack. She fought hard, gaining a reputation as a killer and hating every moment of. More and more of her pack mates were disappearing and those that weren’t were dieing in battle. When there were only a few of them left she had a strange dream, urging her to form a single pack. When she woke her eyes had become a bright yellow and electricity pulsed from her paws. Following the dream she found others like her and they formed this new pack.

Name: Nayden
Age: 4yrs

Appearance: A large grey wolf with pale grey blue eyes
Personality: Nayden is a sweet and somewhat soft spoken wolf. He likes to keep to himself and can becoming easily embarrassed. He cares probably too deeply about what others think of him and can become caught up in little details. Unlike Veera, Nayden can be slow to trust and is very uncomfortable around newcomers. He has an open mind and tries his best not to be judgmental, he just is fearful of wolves he doesn't know. His mind is surprisingly sharp, possessing a shrewd and cunning intelligence. He does tend to follow his head more often then his heart.
History: Nayden used to be a fighter. Back before the war the rank didn’t involve much fighting, mostly just patrolling the borders and the occasional intimidation of loners on their territory. Then wolves started disappearing and the war broke out. Nayden found himself in battle for the first time and he just couldn’t do it. He couldn’t bring himself to fight and kill another wolf for a war that didn’t make any sense. It was his sister that saved him. Vera got him out of there and later defended him when their alpha tried to demote him for his refusal to fight. From then on she used her rank as beta to keep him out of the fighting. He followed her along with his remaining pack mates to this new pack and has been trying to adjust ever since.

Name: Lenora
Age: 5yrs
Gender: female
Sexuality: bi
Appearance: An medium sized wolf with amber eyes and thick white fur.
History: Not long after she was born her mother left the pack to live as a loner. So she was raised by her aunt, the packs healer. While her aunt had no idea how to raise a puppy she was determined to be a good parent to her sister's pup did what she could for Lenora, training her to be a healer as soon as she could walk and talk. Dispite caring deeply for her, her aunt had little patients for play or ruffhousing and managed to keep Lenora from many of the other normal puppy activitys. As a result she never really made any close friendships with wolves her age and missed out on learning to hunt or fight, both of which she still doesn’t know how to do to this day. She was taught to be a healer and that was it. It was little wonder when her aunt passed away Lenora stepped into the role of pack healer. When the war broke out she did what she could to help her pack and save those she could, but no matter how hard she tried her pack got smaller and smaller. It was almost a relief when it was announced the packs would be merging.

Appearance: Lean but strong with reddish brown fur and a pale muzzle and underbelly. A bit on the short side he has learned to favor agility and cunning over brute strength, though he is capable of holding his own if pressed
History: Errol was one of the earliest wolves to vanish, or so his pack thought. He was a young wolf, who had just finished his training as a hunter and with few friends no one thought to look too hard into his disappearance. In truth, Errol had just slipped away to escape the growing tensions among the packs. He has been living as a loner for two years now and is happy. While he mourns having to leave his pack behind he loves the freedom and independence being a loner gives him. Though recently he has noticed that the fighting seems to have stopped and that most of the pack’s territories have been abandoned, going off of a rumor he heard from a loner he draws closer to the new center of the island to try and see what has become of his former friends and family.
