I came up with more ranks!
Mothers- if they have super young offspring, they'd have to stay with them and wouldn't be able to do their regular job, so this should definitely be a rank
Maybe foster mom/dad, for orphans? They'd then have any same sex pairings come to them, and decide if they'd be able to take care of offspring, first off, and which little one would be best for the pair
Trainees? Idk
Maybe sitters for the mothers who have older offspring, so the mom could go back to her regular rank

those all sound like great ranks to add! For Trainees, should we have a rank that trains the trainees? Any ideas on how that would work? :3

There'd probably be trainees for scouts, hunting, and...what other ranks? Is warrior a rank?
Alphas wouldn't have trainees, since one of their own offspring would become future alpha. Beta might have a trainee, unless another of the alphas offspring would take the beta rank. And obviously elders/council wouldn't have trainees.

Alright! That’s really helpful, thank you! Also, yes warrior is a rank at this point. :3 What do people think about having each trainee as a different rank (Hunter Trainee, Warrior Trainee, etc…) Or just have trainees as one rank? What would people prefer to do?

I don't mind it either way! I've seen roleplays do it both ways, so it's totally up to you c: If the Trainees was just one rank, I would imagine that they would bond together more since they might have more time together? But if they're split into Hunter/Warrior/Scout/Spy Trainees, then they would be more specific for the rank they're training in

Hi! I’m so sorry that I haven’t replied to the RP yet. Things have been a bit busy but I should be able to post by tonight! It was my birthday yesterday so that’s why I couldn’t post yesterday! :3

As for trainees, I was going to just have trainee as one rank and mentor as another? Would that be ok with everyone?

Happy belated birthday! And I think that would work pretty well c: Depending on how many trainees/mentors there are, I might change some of my characters ages to be trainees lol
