The Not-So-Deserted Fairground (Discussion & Forms)

Hey everyone, I know it's been a loong while since I've posted or even been online. I've had a bit of a burnout of sorts and just haven't been able to find the motivation to continue - that's the most I'd like to say on that. I'm sorry for not warning anyone or saying anything sooner. I'm ready to get back into roleplaying, but I'm going to be taking it easy to start with. I know I've got a lot of messages to get through, so if you sent me one, please be patient!

Next, I'm glad to see that there's a lot of you that are still interested and active for the roleplay, so I'll absolutely be continuing with it, and I've got plenty of ideas that will hopefully keep things interesting. I'll try and write up a reply for everyone that is waiting for me to do so. Anyone that hasn't mentioned it yet and is still active/interested in staying on in the roleplay, then let me know, and I'll update the character list with everyone's characters.

Just to follow on from Thunder's post and clarify - in case anyone had any concerns - no one's character will be hurt/killed without your permission. Anyone who wanted to play a Hellhound or a villain as a temporary character, please do remind me, as they will be released from the underworld very soon. I will be changing the timeline of events I initially had slightly, just to combine the two events of finding the Vision Cave and the Hellhound Outbreak so that a group of characters can be dealing with one, while another group deals with the other. I'll give everyone time to decide which group they'd like their characters to be in, but in terms of my characters - if it'll help anyone decide:
Olivier - Hellhounds, fighting.
Robin - Vision Cave, searching.
Ezra - Hellhounds, err... you'll find out (NOT DYING, DW)
Valiant - Hellhounds, defending the Ferris Wheel and that area, right up until the group finds the Vision Cave annnd then, again, find out.

If anyone who is already playing an Original Founder is still interested in being a part of the roleplay, definitely let me know, so then I can open up anything that should be reopened if anyone else would be interested in playing one.

@Casperphobia - Shepard is accepted, I love his concept!

@tropicalpeacock - Absolutely, security guard would be fine. Maybe relieve Taurus of some of his workload haha

@Thundersfriends - Yes, post Amber's form, go for it.

@Soup5 - You are more than welcome to rejoin, feel free to rewrite/repost your character as needed.

Finally, thank you to everyone for your patience. We'll be getting the roleplay back on track in no time, I'm sure. I'll try and write up a new roleplay post tonight.

Just wanna make sure I'm caught up and don't start off confused. ^^" Particularly about the hellhounds since I somehow didn't realize they were a part of the plot PTFFF With Shepard being a hellhound, I should probably understand as much as I can about that xD

@javitaxy - Looks like she's heading towards the gates in your last post. If Thunder and Anni are still there, they could be good to interact with?

@Casperphobia - Sure. Most groups are acquainted now, with a big group at the Café (Grey, Ezra, Don, Caspar, Liem and Ami), and smaller groups at the Juice Bar (Olivier, Anwin and Taurus), the Ferris Wheel (Valiant, M'Aoti, Caelan and Ember), and the gates (Thunder and Anni).
The gates of the Fairground are closed, and have been for a while, with no way to open them (which means. Trouble). And, just now, the ground has shaken slightly.

Coming up soon, Hellhounds will be released from the Underworld, and cause a lot of havoc. Though they'll be the canine-esque, demon sort rather than having a humanoid form. With Shepard being a Hellhound, he absolutely could play a role in helping to drive them back, or helping them with the chaos.
It won't happen until everyone's had a chance to catch up and react, so there's no rush.
