✦ a strange girl who's always wearing a smile, though it's one that never feels genuine. she's
not one for conversation generally, usually only ever engaging with the crown prince to offer
advice, or to respond should they initiate conversation with her. with anyone else, she'll usu
ally just nod or shake her head unless the situation demands that she communicate to them.
when she does speak up, she talks in a soft and pleasant voice, one that never grows impati
ent or angry. accompanying her gentle tones are her impeccable manners, manners that will
see her bow her head to anyone and everyone regardless of their position. she certainly prov
es eccentric, but her sound political advice and apparent loyalty to the crown heir make her
seem quite reliable in her position as regent advisor. however, what she provides in dependa
bility, she sorely lacks in emotional capacity. she seems incapable of emotionally engaging w
ith someone, always keeping those around her at arms-length. rather than empathizing with
them, her studious and ice-cold gaze only ever seeks to ascertain the weakness of others. b
ecause of such apathy, she proves to be exceptionally ruthless in dealing with problems. ✦

ord. from the very second she possessed strength enough to grasp a weapon, her training b
egan. her family was never so soft as to shield her from the harsh realities of war and polit

d to the practice of swordplay, and any spare time was used to brush up on proper etiquett
e. concepts such as friends, love, and happiness were all things she certainly would have n

stunted any emotional development, leaving her in a state something like a hollow doll. the
only aspiration she could claim to have was to further develop her sword skills, and even th
at is perhaps only the wishes of her parents inherited. if that's truly her only aspiration, ho
wever, it leads one to question what she seeks to accomplish as regent advisor to the crown
heir...a question she does not seem willing to provide any answers to in the slightest. ✦

as clever as the devil and twice as
charming, the king of puppis is not
a man of royalty, but undoubtedly,
a man of power. raijū gained the
throne through pillaging and using
somewhat unsavory tactics to bring
fame and fortune to puppis. has no
real intentions of ruling, as his true
purpose lies with messing with the
pyxis ruler. luckily for him, puppis
enjoys his philosophy of taking from
the rich, and delivering to those who
really deserve it. wouldn't consider
himself a tactician, more or less a
man who takes high risks for high
rewards. raijū hasn't been proven
wrong yet- and he takes great pride
in following his heart's desire, never
letting his morality get the best of
him. infuriating to deal with if he
has the slightest grudge against you,
but the most loyal buccaneer to his

abandoned at a young age, tiberius was taken
in by the notorious captain bravura to learn
the ways of being a full-fledged pirate. given
the title raijū, a thunder god, after braving
even the most intense storms as a trainee. it
wasn't until he returned to puppis' inland did
he realize how little his home country had,
especially when compared to the lands he had
traveled to. specially pyxis, a country raijū
had seen favorably up until the inequalities
reared their ugly heads. so, he came up with
the idea to do something about it. limiting
imports, halting exports, and raiding any ship
that made its' way in their land. with the turn
in fortune in puppis' favor, the people elected
raijū to become their leader and all of pyxis
collectively groaned. alas, his full plan won't
be complete until he wins over the heir, and
cuts the other countries off completely. it
won't be hard for a siren such a charmer!

nod and follow instructions and leave as little of an

up surrounded only by those of similar standing, he'll
become somewhat less subdued, and hints of a witty
and charming individual will start to show. he enjoys
poetry quite a lot and can string his words together
just as nicely on the rare occasion he chooses not to
bite his tongue. that said, the moment an authority

growing up, cassian's parents molded him into what
they thought would garner him the most success. the
result they got was, more or less, what they wanted,
but from cassian's perspective, it meant repression,
anxiety, and an unhealthy level of perfectionism. he's
most terrified of being a burden or needing others to
accomodate him in any way, and in an effort to avoid
that from happening, he buries his desires as well as
his needs deep within. he'll go without sleep or food
for as long as he thinks he can reasonably manage &
instead engross himself in whatever work he can find
to be done. cassian is exceptionally polite and tends
to wear a soft smile at all times, regardless of who
he's dealing with or the context of their discussion,
which can make him somewhat difficult to read. but
that's the point--he doesn't like feeling like someone
