──────────⧼ HISTORY ⧽──────────
Bred as a sled dog in Sweden, Klaus was given up to
the island when his owner lost all their money and
couldn't afford to keep the dogs. Klaus' independent
nature served him well when it came to adjusting
to life on the island. Despite his disdain for pack
work and large groups, he came upon the pack and
reluctantly integrated himself; prey was scarce
and finding food on his own had become difficult.

────────⧼ PERSONALITY ⧽─────────
Klaus is very independent and much prefers being
alone. He does fine with other quiet and self-reliant
dogs, but despises helpless dogs and those who need
guidance. He's rather impatient and only has time
for himself and those who can provide something
to him. As a sled dog, he's used to working in a rigid,
very controlled team environment where there is a
clear leader and role, and everyone is laser focused.
The pack environment on the island is upsetting to
him due to a lack of this focused and clear heirarchy.
Though he hasn't told anyone, he plans to leave
the pack once they reach the mountains... but
some of the other dogs may be growing on him.
At the moment, he uses the pack as a means to get
food and have protection; he isn't too keen on
bonding and friendship. Though his view on things
seems to slowly be shifting.

Klaus is trying to become more friendly and
outgoing, but it doesn't seem to suit him. He's
standoffish at first and it takes a while to get
to know him. He can be very sweet once he
learns to get along with someone else, though
he still struggles with social cues. He's very
direct and honest, and some people find him
intimidating, though he doesn't often care,
as long as the job gets done.

It may be because I forgot to change tags, or because I have so many dogs now. I changed Eira's tags in the last post I made, though, so now it should be just his name. If it's been approved yet. I don't know how many people know I'm on board approval or whatever it's called, but yeah.

rosie: excuse my post/sorry for the romantic interest question, sorry to Miroku. I was just trying to figure out how to segway into her telling him she has a crush on him, so I figured she could simply ask if he has a romantic interest then maybe he'd ask why she wanted to know then she could tell him. Or something.
