brief history:
Moonclan has been around for many generations, starting years ago by a rogue ginger she-cat named Mune after recieving visions of a forest and a brown tabby telling her to go there. along her journey she would stop in towns and cities, telling others of her vision, some would join her but most refused and called her crazy. After a few more moons Mune and her rag tag group finally come across a forest but not just any forest, it was the forest. now only was it beautiful but it seemed to constantly be full of prey, however the predators were much more vicious so the cats had to adapt, they started hunting from tree branches and abandoned burrows. unfortunatly before Mune was able to start her Clan she was attacked and killed, without their Leader the group fell into disarray and they constantly fought. shortly after Mune's death a strange cat named Pondfoot showed up, telling them that he had been sent by Starclan and that he knew who their next Leader was; it was a tom named Vector. that night the members of the group were visted by Mune herself, giving them new names and roles. when she got to Vector more strange cats appeared, Mune renamed him Hickorystar and he was granted his nine lives; earning the rank of Leader. the next morning Hickorystar announced his name, role and the bame of the Clan; he had decided to call it Moonclan, after their first Leader.
