quirk; kitsune - ruzumi's quirk is quite visible upon simply looking at her given the tails and ears
she dawns, but there is much more to this quirk than meets the eye. with such a quirk, she is granted the
abilities of a kitsune including claws that are able to break stone, enhanced speed, strength, hearing and
smell, the ability to see well at night without any light, decelerated aging, strong fire capabilities and the
ability to shift into a full fox when there is a full moon present. despite having a strong tie to fire, her quirk
is much stronger at night given that the moon enhances her magical prowess in general. however, this does
not mean she is useless during the day. while she may be weaker and unable to transform during the day,
her fire does quite well during the daytime. her power is stored within her tails and as she ages and grows
more of them, her strength also increases. in her current state, she has two tails, thus her abilities aren't
at their fullest potential nor are they even close. when using her ability to control fire, she draw the stored
power from her tails and is able to launch fireballs from her hands with relative ease. unlike most fire, her
flames are blue in color and draw strength from the moon rather than the sun. a major weakness to ruzumi's
quirk is her fear of dogs. due to kitsune's having bad history with canine's, she was stuck with such a fear.
another weakness is when there is no moon at all at night. these nights cause her to be unable to gather and
store power, thus making her much weaker than usual.

personality; ruzumi is a devilish hero, who likes to push the boundaries of what it truly means to be a hero.
she doesn't always play by the rules and is a bit on the wild side, but she does so with good intentions though she
is more on the mischievous side. it is known that she will tease those around her, especially her opponents so she
might anger them and cause them to be a bit reckless. while it isn't the greatest of approaches, ruzumi does it
tactfully and knows well what she is doing. despite what some might think, she is quite intelligent and while her
outward facade might lead people astray, she is often calculating things carefully in her head, making sure she is
making the right moves at the right times. this leads her to overthinking situations quite often and it isn't rare for
her to become frustrated because of such thing. however, ruzumi is quite the free spirit and refuses to let life
chain her down. this can make her difficult to work with at times if she isn't given control over a situation. such a
fact is only heightened by her distrust towards others. she can be extremely hostile towards strangers, finding it
hard to trust anyone given incidents she has been through in the past. given this fact, she can be quite detached
from others and often distance herself. ruzumi doesn't dislike being around others, but she must feel comfortable
with them first. however, she is rather abrasive towards people and can be critical of how they carry themselves.
she isn't found of people who try hard to play the hero role nor does she accept the culture that villains try to
spread. admittedly, she is quite the independent thinker, and often she will speak her mind even if it comes off
as rude. as such, she does have a snarky nature to her and is quite playful towards those she trusts.

round 2, nobutoshi vs everyone. begin!

nobu likes bothering the kid when there's nothing else to do. nobu does have a special interest in kiya's quirk though, he finds it very fascinating. more often than not, nobutoshi likes getting on kiya's nerves just to see his quirk in action. kiya is definintely nobutoshi's source of entertainment when nobu doesn't have anything to do. sometimes he can be cruel to the kid without realizing,,,

uwah,, nobutoshi is probably unfamiliar with all the students to be honest. but like with kiya, yoshiro's quirk rlly fascinates him! nobu likes all things dangerous. if they were ever to fight, nobutoshi would probably want yoshiro to push his limits to see how far the kid can go. again, probably for his own amusement. nobu loves to see others struggle to push themselves. actually, he likes seeing people struggle in general rkgjrgjne

a cutie <33333. nobutoshi probably has flirted with her once or twice before just to see her all flustered and bothered efwjg he doesn't mean anything he says though,,,, he's just a big old meanie who does things for his own benefit. i feel like wren might be well aware of that as well, since they work together. if they ever work together pls expect him to accidentally pat her on the back and deactivate her quirk b/c of it FJNEFEK im so sorry he's so stupid sometimes

she's so tiny.... that's so cute- does nobu cause trouble so he can see ruzumi at work? yes. her personality is very different from other knuckle-headed heroes he's fought before. he's well aware of the teasing nature she has to throw her opponents of guard and he constantly reminds her that it simply,,, doesn't work on him FEJBHJFEH cant play the player u know? she's very much a worthy opponent for nobu, so he enjoys fighting her while causing chaos in the city. he can't wait for the day he can put his hand on her to see her quirk stop working, v satisfying for him to see the shock of his quirk. since i think nobu is a ?? not so well known villain i suppose

i think we already discussed quite a bit ovo. nobu thinks riyu looks like a villain, what does a villain even look like nobu u airhead to be honest. it'd be nice if he can corrupt him and lead him into the LOV but kjsjfenef nobutoshi is kind of playing the role of innocent civilian around him.

he sees all students as little playthings rkjnekrjg nobutoshi actually sees himself in hisoki a tad bit, since theyre both v charming. he doesn't really think much of it but i just wanted to point that out. he would very much love it if he got to witness hisoki pushing himself to the point of his drawbacks kicking in— SJKEFKJ SORRY he's just,, kind of cruel. he's happy when someone isn't LOL

That would be interesting kinda like a cat and mouse thing? It would definitely show a bit more of Riyu's physe because on one hand he doesn't want to be a villain becauee his father is and he doesn't want to be associated with him, but on the other he looks like a villian, has a quirk more suited for a villian, acts like a villian via vigilante, and it runs in his family. And of course he was told he ahould be a villian by others because if his quirk. It would be so easy and tempting for him to just dip into the darkside, but what little morals he has would play a part. It would be fun to see the eternal stuggle in his mind of weather he should or not. Of course, Nobu could always trick him hmm?

I mean maybe all of the things that people have told him will catch up, maybe that's why he's a vigilante; because he's trying to prove to himself something that will never happen? Trying to delay the inevitable. Depends on how good Nobu is at charming his words

!!! it will very much so be a cat and mouse type of thing! i feel like nobu has been in riyu's shoes before? in a way. from someone who wanted to be good to prove a point that they can be good, to succumbing into what they were "born" to do and become a villain. Nobu used to work for the police so he's definitely been there before.

nobu would take too much joy in being the one to see and give Riyu struggles in his life. the suffering of others just makes him feel s o m e t h i n g jgbwjehg

nobu can do this two ways
1) befriend riyu and try to trick him
2) make riyu's life a living hell and constantly remind him of what he's supposed to do- or something along those lines

The easiest way would probably just mention his dad. Like his dad is a villian and Nobu could just be like 'hey, psst, hey chucklehead. Guess what."

And Riyu being him would be like " uhh yeah Mr. Citizen? You okay? Are you hurt?"

Course Nobu would be like. "I'm fine. But you aren't you'll fall to be EXACTLY like your dad."

And then Riyu would think about it and obsess about it until he fell into villany.

can i know a bit more about his dad if you have that kind of information for him? just want to know cause nobu has been a villain since he was 17-18, so relatively early in his life since he's 22 now. i don't doubt that nobu hasn't heard about Riyu's father. knowing that his father is a weak spot for Riyu would only boost Nobu and give him an upper hand in convincing riyu into villainy.
