Daisypaw has a deep fondness for Tansydrop. A kinder and more patient queen than Silvermist, Daisypaw feels like she can breathe around Tansydrop, and while she learns under Silvermist's pressure, she learns better under Tansydrop's gentler guidance.

cas's daisypaw is going to be medicine cat apprentice. seen as we only have one apprentice at the moment, it will be the job of both silvermist and tansydrop to train her. i think that even if another apprentice is made, both medicine cats will train them. are you three okay with this?

i will get apprentices sorted out shortly! then i believe we can make a start!

@Echo - the medicine cat situation sounds fine for me! I think Daisypaw will definitely benefit from both mentors training her! If it's all right, my plan was for her to have become an apprentice as a result of an omen (something easy like in the books, like a daisy blooming in winter or something I haven't decided yet) rather than her aptitude, as I plan to have her struggle with her role due to her personality not really being suited for retaining information and paying close attention. I hope that's okay! Also, Leopardfrost and Smolderleaf are both able to mentor! Smolderleaf would be good at the role due to his fatherly personality, though I don't know if the Clan would have trusted him with an apprentice as he's still trying to earn back trust. Leopardfrost is a good warrior and a strong cat to learn from, though he has no social skills whatsoever. Both would make interesting mentor choices for most apprentices. c: Thank you again for accepting those two, I'll have their daughters finished very soon, I'm about to do them now! And then I'll throw out some relation suggestions for them. c:

@yennefer - omg I cannot believe I missed your post the first time, but hello!! Always good to see you and I can't wait to be writing with you again! <3 I'm also reading through forms, and I think Daisypaw and Silvermist are going to have a somewhat interesting relationship. She is most definitely intimidated by everything about Silvermist, being such a shy and quiet cat herself. I can see Silvermist often getting frustrated with her spacy, easily distracted demeanor, and that's probably gonna drive Daisypaw to work even harder - but not without its fair share of grief, she'll be heartbroken about ever letting her down!

@PuppyBesitos - I think it will be quite the opposite her relationship with Silvermist, Daisypaw's with Tansydrop! I was reading through her personality and she seems like a very kind and patient cat. I think she would for sure be Daisypaw's preferred mentor, as she struggles with so many things. She needs the patience of a mentor for sure - it will be a nice parallel with her other mentor.

@Echo - I don't have any specific ideas for Jaypaw mentor-wise, but I think she and Tigertalon would make fantastic friends. I could see them getting into a lot of trouble, and I could see Jaypaw developing feelings for him and being incredibly flustered by them, as she has a certain wariness of love. Him being her mentor would be a good catalyst for a friendship - but he would have been right around twenty moons when she became an apprentice, so quite young himself, and I don't know if Blackstar would assign a cat so similar to Jaypaw as her mentor.

tigertalon mentoring jaypaw would be an interesting dynamic! especially if jaypaw starts to develop feelings for him. he has a huge crush on brightpaw, who also has a huge crush on him. but i could definitely see jaypaw and tigertalon getting on! i feel blackstar would not have minded giving him an apprentice so young or similar to him, as he is quite the fast learner, so i feel she would have trusted him. she could have sometimes trained with the two of them, and her apprentice, brightpaw just to check he is on the right lines!
