➳personality; cal kestis is a traumatized, emotionally vulnerable being; as a child witnessing the execution of order 66, a defining life event, he never returned to his bright and bubbly personality he held beforehand. with the death of his master on his hands, alone as a child, cal grew up to be a bracca scrapper; he became quiet, disciplined to not tap into the force, and worked hard in order to blend in as an ordinary individual. his own selflessness cast him out and put a target on his back. cal often shows sympathy for those put in difficult positions, and those who deem themselves antagonists are always redeemable in his eyes. he's extremely persistent and tries to keep the peace whenever possible, trying to hold himself up to the jedi standards before order 66.
