i apologize for the wait, it’s taking me a little longer than expected to get a reply up. my wifi decided it wanted to stop working on me in the middle of finishing up my responses and got rid of all my progress. i should have it up by tomorrow or later tonight >_<

Reselient sphere says nothing about sound not being able to pass through. I can get energy that causes damage with sound, but not casual chatter :shrug:

I always took it to mean that since it kept out sonic attacks and sound-based spells, it just kept out sound in general. The description specifically says Nothing can pass through, so my table always played it like that (with the exception of light, because we assumed since it's made of force it would be at least transluscent and it doesn't say anything about the interior being obscured).

Nothing except air and light, and if air and light can pass through, I'd assume normal sounds too, my table has played it with the idea that conversation can be had through such barriers. Sooooo, I'm not sure what to do to resolve that little conflict

We could say that Gith spheres work a bit differently from others, since they're made for the Astral Plane.

Up to a minute, but she can end it early if she wants to. In this situation she probably won't though.
