I could totally see LittleStream having an eventual mutual crush on Furzestream :> She seems like a cat LittleStream would be able to grow close to due to her usually kind nature though it’d probably grow slowly as the Tom doesn’t have the most self-confidence at the moment and would probably be a bit hesitant to express his feelings towards the she-cat

@stormythecloud; Someone already offered for Foxstrike to be their sibling, and I don't think that fits with him being your characters' nephew and cousin... I'd love for our characters to have a friendship though!

@C a s; that's what I was thinking, Shellstar wouldn't have been leader yet. I'll update her history, and maybe add them as friends? And that'd be awesome if Shellstar could be Foxstrike's former mentor Also, Foxstrike is Pineappleblaze's brother, so Fruitshine's son, and he is 12 moons old, not 15 (I changed it after you updated the front page)

That'd be so cute ^.^ She probably would have developed a fondness of him during their apprenticeship but just took it as a friendship sort of feeling back then while now she would have realized it was an attraction all along.

A slow burn romance would be perfect! Especially since in the beginning I plan to have her still harbour feelings for her former mate, Shellstar, who she left because of her finding out she's sterile. Furzestream would definitely be the type of cat who would lift him up whenever he get's down on himself and encourage him to see how special he is and encourage his confidence. How would he react to her being sterile? Most of the clan already know, and she'll probably a miracle litter in the future, but it'd be interesting to see how he'd react knowing of her condition.

Fantastic! haha Furze needed a friend as well. Maybe Silverheart could have been there for her throughout the whole sterility ordeal? Her finding out and then breaking it off with Shellstar, she definitely would have leaned on SIlverheart for support.

@razzberry; that sounds perfect! I'll update her bio. Silverheart would have been supportive and maybe even encouraged her to leave Shellstar, but to do what she felt was right for both of them.

@greatwoman; oh sorry then I didn't see they were siblings to Pineappleblaze/son to Fruitshine. But I could see Lionwind having a soft spot for Foxstrike, I know he was Shellstar's apprentice but perhaps he occasionally took him out when Shellstar got busy with his leader duties if @Cas is okay with that.
I'm thinking also maybe a possible crush between Lionwind and Silverheart though in the future? He's solid and is beginning to feel like he is able to start moving on from his mate dying 5 moons ago. Doesn't have to be right when the roleplay starts though

@Razz; Lionwind could of been Furzestream's former mentor when she had been apprentice and became friends after her apprenticeship was over. He is a stern mentor - no fun or games when it comes to him - well some fun but he's very serious when training his apprentices.
And I could see Pikepaw and Vixenpaw being friends for sure especially since she is friends with Maplepaw

@stormythecloud; It's okay, it hasn't been that way for very long, we talked about it through PM. That would be awesome to have an unofficial mentor/apprentice relationship with them though! Foxstrike always welcomes an older warrior's advice, especially if they'd be willing to help coach him every once in a while. So if @C a s is okay with them having shared an apprentice, that's perfect!

And having a crush between Lionwind and Silverheart in a few moons (or even have the crush now and have them slowly grow closer) would be good too, Silverheart is still grieving for her father, but she'd be open to forming a romance with someone a little down the road.

Yup, Smoketail would definitely not get along with a cat like Rosethunder. Not just because he doesn't trust former StormClan cats, but also because he believes older warriors deserve respect no matter what. Kid better learn some manners. c:

As for Sunmuzzle, he sounds like the perfect friend for Smoketail! ^^ Smoketail isn't the type to initiate friendships, especially with younger cats, but Sunmuzzle could probably find a way to get through to him. It would be easier if they were mentor and apprentice, for sure. Smoketail was notoriously bad with kits and apprentices as a young warrior, always getting irritable and scary around them. Though he is a dependable warrior, I'm not sure Ryestar would see him as the best choice for mentoring his son. I don't know if he can offer Sunmuzzle the happy apprenticeship you described in his history. But Sunmuzzle seems the type to forgive Smoketail for his mentoring mistakes and make the best of their training. So it's up to you if you still think Smoketail would be a good mentor for Sunmuzzle. No matter what, I think they would be great friends.

@razzberry I'd love for Meadowpaw to be friends with Lakepaw! She would admire the apprentice's confidence and dedication to their clan. Since Lakepaw's a little older, Meadowpaw might have initially approached her for help with fighting moves.

@SilentMelody Aww that would be adorable. c: Meadowpaw wouldn't be attracted to him at first since he's so closed off and hostile. She'd wonder what a cat like Amberpaw could possibly like about her. Over time though, I could definitely see her developing feelings for him.

Aww :> I can totally see LittleStreams confidence growing overtime with her encouragement. As for her being sterile, I can't see him minding all too much since he's never really thought about having a family though he also wouldn't be entirely against the idea either. Though if he finds himself wanting a family, I think he'd suppress that feeling as he loves her and knows they could always adopt if an opportunity presented itself. though if she does end up having a miracle litter, I could totally imagine him being nervous and walking around outside the nursery as his mother had died giving birth to him and his brother.

@stormy&greatwoman - yeah, that's perfectly fine! Shellstar would have been transitioning from deputy to leader for part of his apprenticeship, so I can absolutely see him delegating the task to take Foxstrike out hunting or for battle practice when he's too busy. I think that would work perfectly! And no worries, I'll update Foxstrike's kin/age on the front asap! I'll add her as Shellstar's friend, and Fox as his former apprentice. c:

@selasphorys - Absolutely, I can for sure see them butting heads throughout the course of the roleplay, especially since the rise of AshClan is still so fresh and no one is really accustomed to it yet.
As for Sunmuzzle - since that was written without the idea of Smoketail having been his mentor, I'm more than okay with editing it a bit. It could be a case of Sunmuzzle having been quite a carefree, unfocused kit and Ryestar having the hope that perhaps Smoketail might straighten him out. I think they would get along well as warriors, and as his apprentice, I bet Sunmuzzle would have gotten on his nerves a lot and caused him quite the headache. He most certainly would still hold Smoketail in high regard simply for being his mentor, and I can see him trying to continue some sort of bond after his ceremony, leading to a friendship in the end, albeit one where Sunmuzzle is annoying and Smoketail tolerates him.

@razz - awesome, I thought it would work well! I'm also thinking that Rosethunder could probably take a liking to Lakepaw, though I don't know if it would go anywhere. I think he would be attracted to her fiery personality for sure.

@everyone:
we will for sure be beginning tomorrow! Tomorrow morning I'll assign the apprentices to their mentors and announce RippleClan's deputy, as I think I've narrowed it down. Before I make the first post I'll make sure the front is (mostly at least) in order, and I'll give a little intro about what time of day/moon phase/etc that we're working with.

@Silent - feel free to announce Snowstar's deputy at any time! It would likely make the most sense if it were a former StormClan cat since I doubt there's much trust from any warrior for the other Clans' cats left, and that would mean her deputy would have to have died recently enough for her to pick a cat that was from Leaf or Marsh.

@Cas i was wondering maybe rosethunder and specklethorn could be friends seeing as they both have a dislike for the non-stormclan cats. i could see specklethorn complaining about or commenting about the other clan cats and rosethunder chiming in to support her. whatcha think?
