Hmm...should I inly raise him one rank, or two? I went up two with An, so weirdly I feel like he should only go up one...

Also, um...not unless they physically drag him back...but he could have risen a rank before he went with Nico. Since its been two years, maybe he went up a rank last year. Also, I get the feeling if he goes back and they find out he willingly went he'd be in huge trouble...

If he helped Paloma take down Tendou, he would’ve been promoted at LEAST two ranks, but it’s up to you what’s happened in the two year skip, think of what he might’ve achieved and where that might leave him

Coby will pick him up and sling him over his shoulder and he wouldn’t be in as much trouble as Meppo was, if it helps.

I'm going to go just two ranks for now, even though he got the Devilfruit, and he probably definitely had a part to play in the defeat. So Lieutenant Junior Grade?

Ah yes, Devilfruits. I seriously love Luc's fox one. So I put in parentheses that he can do the hybrid/eared and tailed formed but he has to concentrate hard/will it. You said that was fine right? He'd definitely be able to do full fox form, I believe. I think i put sharper teeth or just nails, but would that be part of hybrid form or nah? Sorry for asking about Devilfruits stuff here...

Also, for Averill, you could make something up for what he's reading, or we could do a skip for them too. Does Averill have any clients or work to do today, or would he be at the book store all day?

Full fox form, full human form, yes. How actively do you think he’d have been working to hone his skill? Because a hybrid form takes IMMENSE control. Most people can’t do it for YEARS
