She can do pretty much the same as hawks although, the golden feathers have a special purposes. The smaller ones can be used to heal minor/some what major wounds though they cannot revive the dead. That job goes to the bigger feathers. The bigger can revive the dead but that depends on how wounded that person it. Both smaller and bigger feathers can turn into daggers/swords/mostly smaller weapons, if needed. The quirk name comes from the feathers abilities. Healing, reviving, and weapons. The white feathers are used to help rescue people like how hawks's feather do. If her feathers get destroyed, it usually takes about 7-10 days for them to grow back (due to her quirk, the healing feathers do it on their own, quirk activation is not needed for this). Reviving people from the dead takes a lot of energy out of her, causing her to have a headache and makes her feel nauseous and fatigued. So she usually doesn't use this part of her quirk unless it's someone very special to her. Healing others doesn't take much out of her depending out how many people she heals. Turning her feathers into weapons takes little to no energy at all, depending on the size of the weapon. The feathers change shape to look like the weapons, not physically turning into the weapon of choice.

White top, white underwear/bathing wear w/ a skirt covering the front and back of her lower region. The skirt and top are worn with chains and jewels. The bottoms (under/bathing wear) have a golden ring with a jewel in the center of it on either side. She wears golden gladiator sandals with blue jewels and chains.

Very flirty, kinda annoying, persistent, kind & sweet, slightly a narcissist, pretty big ego, if you insult her she gets butt hurt easily and to get revenge she just annoys you for the rest of the day, kinda a crybaby

(adding this so y'all know, she doesn't look exactly like her face claim.) Bright golden orangey yellow eyes, freckles, Her hair looks like her face claim's when down just a lighter blonde and when in her hero costume its put up like shown
