Personality- Kouu is a very cold person. It takes a long time to get him to warm up to you, but once done he has loyalty that is hard to break. He can be merciless, even to the innocent and he’s persuasive when he wants to.

Quirk name- Hallucination
Quirk desc.- Kouu, when he has the chance, can look into your eyes and turn your surroundings into your greatest fears. He makes it seem like you are trapped in a room. (Example: Your scared of your friend dying. He puts you in a room with your dead friend and makes it seem real)
Downsides of quirk- He freezes in place, when he blinks or breaks eye contact it ends.

Costume: (If no picture describe)
Colors- black, dark red
Topside- A simple armoured tactical suit with an arm sleeve device. Made of light material, armour is made of sturdy fibreglass.
Shoes- Combat boots with a thick sole. Pressing a button on his arm sleeve can allow sharp spikes to come out of the sole.
Hat- An armoured ‘gas mask’ with built in filtration system for fire/explosion quirks and other toxic gasses. This only covers Kouu’s mouth and nose.
Gloves- Durable black leather gloves with grips.
Other accessories- Other than the Arm sleeve device, no.

Fears- Failing and not meeting the standards from his boss
Hobbies- Throwing knives, cooking
Fave Hero/Inspirational person they look up to- Tomura Shigaraki
Fave food- Katsu Curry, Unagi and more!

aaa I finally got Izumi's starter up!!
It's kinda bad so I hope y'all will forgive me, I tried to leave it open ended for everyone to get something in

Also, I posted this a bit earlier, but didn't get any response. I wanted to see if I could get a couple opinions on this before I start on Satoshi's next post

the problem is I don't want anybody to feel their characters aren't "strong" just because they failed the evaluation, and I don't want to get into a fight with anyone over it.

Satoshi is very strong, and the only reason he's concerned about injuring students is for legal repercussions, not for their safety. He might push it a little far.

For this reason, originally I planned for Arctica to be on her own (since she was late) since her own quirk is so strong defensively, so both she and Hit could push the limits of what they're capable of for the other students to see

I think that is very interesting. I still need Shoto to have a partner which will be determined upon who leaves the trio out of Dabi/Slate, Shimo and Marlie.
Do you think Satoshi would know or recognize Dabi's quirk at all during the evaluation or maybe he'd feel it's vaguely familiar?
I'd love to see how Arctica does against Satoshi on her own that sounds exciting!

It could be a way for the other students to gage the evaluations and adjust their approaches to it.
