Quirk: Scarification
Quirk Description: Kizu can manifest things from the shape of scars on his body. The less detail, the less efficient it is. Every scar manifested drains a portion of his energy. Once a scar is used, it disappears.
This includes tattoos, but this takes much more energy and he only uses this technique in the most extreme circumstances.
Costume Description Kizuhiko's costume is very simple. It consists of a large, black poncho with a hood. It is made to where they can move their arms around freely with out exposing his torso. Example: x It very loose so he can reach inside his poncho jacket to reach scars on his torso or so he can reach up his sleeves to use scars on his arms. On his legs are any type of flexible black pants. Their sho choice consists of soft footed shoes to make his footsteps quieter (see 'extras'). Lastly, Kizu covers his face with a completely white kitsune mask.
Villain Name: Nogitsune
Personality: Kizuhiko is extremely quiet and is often mistaken to be mute and shy. This is not the case at all. They can certainly talk and are no where close to being shy. He just decides to talk only when he deems it necessary or when with close friends. It is very common that Kizu will go through a complete fight without utterly a single word. Some of this is because it usually angers his opponent. Another reason is that not talking saves energy. Most importantly though, talking makes it more difficult to zero in on his opponent (see 'extras'). He is very patient and observant. His favorite activity is people 'watching'. Empathy is not a trait they own much of and is only granted to very close friends. Other than them, Kizu doesn't care what consequences his actions have on others.
Extras: Kizu always has a small knife on him. They are also blind. Because of this, they rely heavily on their hearing and sense of touch. This is a major reason they are so quiet; he doesn't want to contribute to any noise because it would throw off his focus. The more noise and the louder it is, the more Kizuhiko becomes overwhelmed and his performance decreases. They are scared of and hates crowds, being touched, and being alone.

XXXXX| her to often wonder where he is now. Narumi chose to go to UA
XXXXX| so that she could prove to others that her family isn't evil by
XXXXX| being the first one brave enough to become a pro hero.
XXXXX| QUIRK: Narumi's quirk is called Gloom. Her quirk involves
XXXXX| shadows. This allows her to turn into a shadow, able to
XXXXX| manipulate what she looks like in shadow form. She can
XXXXX| also easily blend into places with shade. At night, Narumi's
XXXXX| quirk is strongest at that time. During the daytime, she
XXXXX| can do the all the things her quirk offers, but only for a
XXXXX| shorter amount of time. The usage of Narumi's quirk drains
XXXXX| her energy a lot, having to take a nap if she uses her quirk
XXXXX| for a long time.

XXXXX| PERSONALITY: Okami has a serious and very tough nature. He
XXXXX| can be very intimidating when you first meet him, often scaring
XXXXX| people. He doesn't play around and will usually get straight to
XXXXX| the point, unless he feels like toying with someone. Okami is
XXXXX| thought to be ruthless and isn't bothered with what occurs
XXXXX| during villain operations. Despite his somewhat tough guy act,
XXXXX| Okami is actually a big softy deep down. He doesn't show his
XXXXX| soft side often and tends to only do so when he is alone or with
XXXXX| people he really trusts.
XXXXX| HISTORY: Okami was a trouble child and he was often bullied
XXXXX| by other kids, as there was a belief that his family was evil.
XXXXX| Over time, he started building up a wall around him and
XXXXX| developed a strong hatred towards society. He was often lonely,
XXXXX| as he was far from friendly towards others besides his family.
XXXXX| The bullying he had experienced had left Okami afraid to show
XXXXX| his vulnerable side, leaving him always acting serious.
XXXXX| After his hatred had reached the point where he was fed up
XXXXX| with heroes, he one day disappeared and became a villain.
XXXXX| ABILITY: Okami's ability is called Shadow of the Wolf. His
XXXXX| ability allows him to turn into a wolf made out of shadows.
XXXXX| He can also blend into shadows either in human or wolf
XXXXX| form. His ability can be used for as long as he wishes during
XXXXX| the night, but can only be used during the day for short
XXXXX| amounts of time. Okami can only use his ability during the
XXXXX| day if he is in a place of shade or darkness.
XXXXX| COSTUME DESCRIPTION: Okami wears a dark gray long
XXXXX| sleeved shirt under a black cropped military jacket which is
XXXXX| kept opened. The sleeves of his jacket end a few inches above
XXXXX| his wrist so that you can see some of the sleeves of his shirt. He
XXXXX| also wears black pants that he is able to move around quickly in.
XXXXX| To cover his face, he wears a black mask so that only his eyes
XXXXX| are visible. His footwear is black military style boots. The back
XXXXX| of his jacket has the symbol of a wolf with blue eyes.

I noticed that you used the wrong character on the roleplay thread for Narumi.
