Rosemary is stubborn, persuasive, witty, and ultimately bored. She hates her job. Well, her real job that is. She's the owner of a bar that is underneath her flower shop. She hates acting like a sheep in a flock, when really she is the wolf. Yet, she knows that it is for the best. Her goal is to eventually go to the outside world. She knows that they all say that it is just desolate wasteland, but she swears she once saw something out there. Something of the likes she's never seen before. For now, though, she just wants to find the others who are immune, invite them to her bar, and maybe start a rebellion because right now she feels so restricted by the council. She has already found some of the people like her, and they are regulars at her bar, but they were all from past generations. She knows that there has to be more people from her generation, right? She wants to have a real connection with someone who can also have that same connection with her and she won't give up until she finally feels that she can be whoever she wants to be. Ro isn't afraid to speak her mind, and is a very passionate individual, but she often has to bite her tongue to prevent showing emotion. Even if her words may be intimidating, she isn't a violent person, and can actually be very kind, understanding, and caring. She hides this part of herself though, as a way of self-preservation.
