only second to cass, this sweet bb is one of
benji's best mates. he is one of the only crew
members who knows benji's backstory and
they became fast friends after bonding over
the mutual loss of their parents. benji just
loves how this kid takes care of everyone and
his gentle heart. also, despite the fact that
he'd normally choke out anyone for telling
him how he could be doing better, he loves
how blunt and honest ely is with him. he
can always count on this bean to keep him
accountable and he just simply pays him back
by calling him by ely ;3 relax, its just a nick-
name mate~ but also plz dont poison me <3

as an equally easy-going, gentle soul, the
light conversations shared between benji and
this medic have built their relationship into
one of mutual respect for each other even if
it has rarely exceeded a polite conversation
or two over a meal or after a siege. benji
respects benjamin as a practiced physician
and would definitely consider him a comrade.

this boy has something inside him, call it salt-
water in his veins, but he has this calling for
the sea and would find it very hard to resist
the calls of the sirens. though it would never
be anything more than an undying curiosity
for the unknown, he'd be pulled under before
he could think twice. catch him playing little
melodies for those ghosts of the sea but
always keep an eye on him, or soon, he'll join
them.

seas, but he has yet to ever meet one. on
the occasional quiet night, he's caught a
certain melodic whisper drifting up from
below the surface to dance along with his

is to ever lure him into the depths. his
craving for knowledge of the sea and its
creatures would have him diving in head-
first without a second thought. "im a good
swimmer, i was born on the sea!" but he
forgets they were born of the sea.

to avenge his dead father, but after discussing
it with cass, the two agreed to take the hand
being offered to them and began the adventure
of a lifetime. bambi has always been supportive
and hasn't pushed for information about his
past and in return, benji has served faithfully
by her side for over four years now. he looks
up to her as a strong leader and as a force
to be reckoned with, but also values the times
they get to relax and explore the open seas.

part of the crew for four years, benji has grown
to respect muriel as an excellent quartermaster
and as a type of mother figure. he'd serve
under her without question and looks up to her
greatly. very little could shift his comfortable
perception of her. very little indeed.

okay so, you know how, even if a character
loses someone special and is afraid to get
close to anyone else for fear of losing them
too, but still craves that mentor-like person
in their life? this is kinda like that and logan
is definitely that person for benji. though
they've never really discussed their pasts,
after a few months of being around this
skilled, layered, interesting sailing master,
benji aspired to climb the ranks and share
the experience of guiding the ship with him.
benji has always been a survivor, navigating
whatever life has thrown at him, but having
someone like logan -- a firm, but out-
stretched hand -- willing to take the time
out of his busy schedule to pour into benji
means the world to him. though he'd never
say it, he'd really really look up to logan
as a father figure and would consider him
a safe person to ask advice from or lean
into during times of trouble. <3

this lady is something special. she was part
of the crew that manned the decks of the
goddesses executioner before he joined her
ranks, and they have always found common
ground in their shared love of the stars and
many constellations. he has made it his goal
to teach her as many as he can during their
time as crewmates and he looks forward to
spending the evenings in her company. <3

her with her comrades in the tavern, it was
evident that she shared several qualities with
benji, those being her determination to do
what's right, her extreme loyalty to her crew,
and her hesitation toward new people. but
they also shared the fact that they lost or left
what family they had at young ages and found
their way despite it. after sticking with the
goddesses executioner for over four years,
benji has finally gotten to a place of mutual
respect around florence and there is an
element of comfort, knowing that they're
each there to stay. benji always tries to put
a smile on this hardworking first mate's face
and enjoys being in her favor.

between these two, but its rarely more than
a few pokes or jokes. benji actually really
enjoys rouis' company and, though he's pretty
new to the ship, he'd take the time to show
rouis the ropes and introduce him to whoever
was around. catch him sliding into an older
brother role?? he'd always make sure to keep
an eye on this sweet lil bean. <3

this one is a crazy one. with jesse being a
relatively newer member of the goddesses
executioner's crew, benji has yet to really
feel him out. there is something a little bit
wild about him - something a bit unpredict-
able and that's almost intriguing to benji.
there's a good chance jesse would get benji
into trouble by daring him to be wreckless.
gods help the boy who challenges benji to a
swim around the ship. and jesse should mind
his sticky fingers around this weathered sea-
man bc benji will not hesitate to choke him
out or toss him over if he crosses the wrong
line. this is going to be an interesting
relationship.

a bit of a loner and tends to keep to himself

as he describes the way he sees things <3
