personality Plumfrost is a prime example of an introvert; shy, quiet, and lonesome. Withdrawn, she keeps her thoughts and feelings to herself, rarely sharing with even those she's closest to. She is awkward with her interactions, which some may find as odd or even a tad unnerving. It's normal for her to stumble over her words or to have a slight stutter when she speaks. Shy as shy can be, she will never inject herself into a situation, or even attempt to start a conversation. She's observant though, and can read any cat like an open book; so she is prone to being calmer around certain cats. A worrier by nature, she is almost always concerned about someone or worried about something she's done. She needs reassurance in order to keep the guilt away, and may try to seek it from her loved ones. There are a very select few that she will become comfortable around, but those who do will find a very kind-hearted molly, with a tendency to fret over her loved ones.

While a romantic deep down, she would not confront anyone she would be attracted too. Just about any cat that is kind or friendly to her often is a cat she would fall for.

personality Palebird has a heart of gold and is well known for it. She is a friend to all, treating everyone with kindness and an open mind. A shoulder to cry on, plenty of cats find comfort and joy in her presence. It's rare to ever see the molly without a smile on her face and a happy skip in her step. She's a strong optimist, seeing the plus side to just about anything. Just because Palebird's sweet doesn't make her weak though; she has a fierceness to her, that shows its self in moments of defense of herself or others. Quick-witted and emotional, these moments harm both the offender and herself. These moments are far and few between though, and are often forgotten fairly quickly. Maternal and energetic, it's common to spot her playing with kits or hanging around the nursery, talking with the queens. Overall, her kind and friendly nature makes Palebird a beloved member of the clan.

While her direct kin is closed, things like cousins, aunts/uncles, younger half-siblings and grandparents are very open and welcomed :)

personality Bearclaw is an excellent example of what a warrior should be; hardworking, loyal, and confident. Less "hardworking", and more like a workaholic; he is always doing something, whether it be leading patrols to repairing dens. He can be stubborn, wanting to do these things the right way, which is oftentimes his way. Nonetheless, he gets the job done, doing very diligent work in all he does. He puts his clan above all else, even himself; he's very self-sacrificial. He has a strong moral compass, and an even stronger desire to lead. He'll even jump all over the opportunity to lead a small hunting patrol; anything to prove his worth. No cat is perfect though, and Bearclaw is no exception. With a striking temper and a cold shell, he can be a bit confusing to understand. Clanmates can never really tell if he'll snap at someone for doing something wrong, or simply brush it off and not care. He fears abandonment and struggles to let others in, causing his icy exterior. But he can't help but have a bit of a hothead.

Bearclaw is open for kin, friends, and enemies. He can be a bit stubborn and snappy, so he may only have a handful of friends, but is still very open for them. With his temper he is very likely to have at least one enemy, and is also very open to those. A secret crush is unlikely, as he has a sense of duty to his mate; even he doesn't end up loving him he would never cheat. But if the circumstances were just right, he might.

personality Undoubtfully an extrovert, Elkpaw is a very social young cat; she can chat up a storm with any poor soul, about anything. While friendly, and full of good intentions, she can dominate conversations, which can come off as fairly rude to some. Her lively nature mixed with her acquired taste for adventure can lead her to cause quite the trouble, even unintentional. It isn't a shocking sight to see her and an unfortunate friend getting scolded by a mentor or even the deputy. Elkpaw's mind loves to wander, and her attention span is short, making training and even day to day tasks a little frustrating for the young molly. Easily distracted, she may forget about a task entirely to do something far more mundane. Elkpaw truly is a sweet and kind-hearted cat, she just has a penchant for trouble and a wandering mind.

While she's very friendly with most and would probably have a good amount of friends, she would likely have one or two bffs that she can cause trouble and adventure with. Her trouble-making and chattiness may annoy some other apprentices and especially older cats, so she could easily have an enemy or two (or three or four). Elkpaw also has a very fickle heart, and is often crushing on someone, so that is very open as well! (It does not have to be mutual)

there are cats who don't have an arranged mate yet but as more people join those will be rolled for as well.
i'm going to get the deputy poll up now so you guys can vote for the deputy.

and another note for the apprentices; their true mate won't be revealed until they are made warriors. that's part of the naming ceremony where along with their warrior name, starclan will let bogstar know through dreams who their arranged mate is.

@wildsight, razzberry, rosegold ─ would any of you like to work out how our characters work together with their arranged mates. I'm slowly coming up with some ideas but it's a little slow atm

out of my three cats, dunepaw will probably be the only one to outright dislike the arranged mates (even though he got lucky with his mate #mushdune). summitcrow doesn't like that a choice is being taken from her but she's not completely against the concept and would do what she can to make a relationship with her mate work. and it might be interesting if bogstar kind of toes the line between being against or for arranged mates. sort of like he doesn't want to oppose it because he's the leader and is supposed to be standing by Starclan and all that, but because he's all for everyone being the pilot of their own life it makes it hard to fully stand by Starclan's choices.

tawnie, we can work something out for bogstar and stoneheart! did you have anything in mind?

razz honestly I'm not certain. I've thought about making it either a plain and simple positive relationship or a more neutral one where they view it as more of a duty than a source of love if that makes sense. I'm certainly open to any ideas you've got though!
