•Power: Danger Warning; It took Thornclaw a long time to understand his power. At first he thought he was just very lucky, but after his power grew from killing a cat, he understood. His paws start tingling before danger presents itself; however that danger can be anything from a falling branch to another cat ambushing him. Unfortunately, he never knows when, as it can be anywhere from a split second to nearly an hour after he is warned.

Thornclaw prefers to be simple and to the point, perhaps because he has very little patience. Combined with his quick temper and often impulsive nature, it’s probably only a matter of time before he upsets the wrong cat. Given the opportunity, he wouldn’t think twice about killing a cat he disliked for their power. He has a difficult time forgiving others, and is known to hold grudges.Despite his cold-hearted tendencies, he is usually very protective, even possessive, of those he considers friends.

Thornclaw grew up as an only kit, after his only litter-mate disappeared at an early age. Through his kithood and into his apprenticeship, he was quite bitter, constantly wondering why he wasn’t as powerful as the other kits or apprentices. His resentment faded significantly after he snapped and shoved another apprentice into the river, granting him more power.
