Its been twenty-something, almost thirty years since that final decisive battle. Link VRAINS has grown and expanded over the years of peace and technological advancement. So when a old long thought defeated enemy of humanity reappears, he brings with him a whole new slew of unexpected trouble for the network and people that duel there. Will VRAINS have a new group of heros? Or will the ressurection of trouble destroy the network, and possibly humans, this time around instead?

* As far as the Ignis go...so far I am only allowing Ai and (maybe) Lightning for now. I am on the fence of any of the others at the moment, so we will stick with these two only far as Ignis goes. They are both going to be playable cannons as well and can be partnered up with someone! But it is first come first serve and you must pm me if you want to rp Ai or Lightning!
*If you are going to partner with an Ignis, I would prefer your oc uses their personal deck OR a similar deck and kewp their Skill. If you change the deck please be sure it is the same attribute as the Ignis your oc is partnered with and convert all cards to Cyberse typing. Also Earth and Lightning Skills are unknown, so they you may make up.

*Please covert all non Link Cards/Decks to fit this spinoff. Though Link Decks are allowed to have Synchro, Xyz, Ritual and Fusion capabilities as we have seen in the show. Just their focus is Link Summoning.
*No Pendulum Cards or Summoning! Please convert them to Link, Synchro, Ritual, Fusion or Xyz!
*You can make your own cards, but send me the details on them or include them in your form for me. I need to have a looksie first.
*Make sure you understand Skills and Speed Duels.
*Since we covered Ai and Lightning we will now cover the Cyberse Decks. I am limiting the users of these decks to direct decendents of Theodore/Takeru, Skye/Aoi and Yusaku only for right now. Should we decide to introduce the other Ignis later on, then others may partner with them and use Cyberse Decks.

The Knights of Hanoi are a mysterious hacker group that hacks via Dueling inside LINK VRAINS. At one point they were major antagonists in the past, but currently have become the observants expanding Link VRAINS in order to atone for their crimes.

SOL Technologies is an organization who are in charge of LINK VRAINS.

Technology:
As the organization in charge of LINK VRAINS, they have access to technologies that overlook the Cyberspace, including City Scan  and Log-Out Prevention programs. The City Scan  is an action to purge cyberspace to search for something. This came at the cost of the security level of cyberspace. The scan has only ever been conducted once.

They say that many times avatars reflect a person's true personality....for Yukiko this statement is very true. Codebreaker's personality is about as opposite her real world one as DARK is to LIGHT. Determined. Cunning. Observent. Arrogant. Snarky. Slightly reckless. Rebellious. Callous. Codebreaker comes off as emotionless and calculated even in the thick of a duel regardless of which way its going at that moment, the circuts in her head constantly firing off signals and forming plans. She isn't one to let small speedbumps slow her play down and instead goes into silently adjusting her plans when she hits them. This duelist isn't one who would balk at a challange when it presents itself and isn't afraid of taking risks, no matter what they are, if it means she can achieve her goals. Extremely determined and goal oriented, this young hacker has no issue dipping into ruthless or sadistic territory should it be required to reach her end game. She simply refuses to back down and give in. Its not her nature. However, as callous as she normally is, there is a pressure point worth of softness in Codebreaker. Deep down after all the hacker is still Yukiko, so the fact she shares her real world identities love for her family is still present under the hard shell her inner self forms as her avatar in VRAINS. Everything Codebreaker does is for and because of her family.....which makes her shockingly loyal and protective as well despite her reputation as a duelist. Though normally cool headed, should someone insult her family her personality slips as anger cracks through her carefully maintained front. Though she tends to retliate with her cards instead of words so, should she use words, you know you've pushed her too far and should really back off. Same thing when someone mentions pain, something she claims nobody else can ever really understand aside from herself and gets angry when they claim they can or that they've suffered it.


History -
Yukiko Fujiki. Born seventeen years ago to Skye and Yusaku Fujiki, it is often joked about by those that know her that the teen was born in Link VRAINS. Or at least born at SOL Technologies. From the moment of her birth Yukiko has known nothing short of love, spending most of her years as an infant and child being doted on by her mother, uncle and very surprised somewhat awkward father who suffered relentless teasing on his lack of experiance parenting until she was toddler age. For most of her life, when asked, this Yukiko would say that her life was pretty normal and boring. This natural bluenette would spend her days going to VRAINS with her mother who was quite the well known idol under her avatar of Blue Maiden. She was raised by both her loving parents despite her father's frequent and long trips into the network, trips which she didn't understand or care much for due to her age. What mattered to her was the fact that he always returned to her and Skye at the end of the day to be her father again and help raise her. Unfortunerly this happiness would not last permenantly...

About a year ago everything Yukiko knew came to a sudden screeching halt with the death of Skye. An accident had led to the women's death and almost Yukiko's had someone not been able to save her in time. From there everything seemed to snowball down hill. Though if anything semi-positive could come out of such a tregedy it was the fact this only served to make Yusaku and his daughter closer....much closer. So the day which Yusaku didn't log out of VRAINS and wake as he normally did? Lets just say it wasn't a pretty day. On that day Yukiko was placed into the care of the free-willed AI Pandor to await the day which her father would log out and wake again. On that day Yukiko found out for what reason her father kept going into VRAINS for. On that day Yukiko took her father's disk and his deck. On that day Codebreaker was born and got to work searching for pieces of information and her father in Link VRAINS.

When Yukiko has 1000 life points or less, she activates Viral Hijacking which lets her send a temporary virus into Link VRAINS which copies her opponant's Skill and takes on its effect for her use. When she uses it, the small ports on Codebreaker's clothes light up purple and a dark energy covers her duel disk before her disk gives off a pulse of that energy with her at that epicenter.

Yukiko's current gaurdian. Pandor moved into the Fujiki household a year ago shortly after Skye Fujiki's death and it took all of a glance for the teen to become attached to the female AI. The two hit things off very well with the teen wasting little time in searching out Pandor for help, comfort or just to enjoy the presence of another female for a change of pace. What started off at first as a friendly attachment, quickly evolved into that of a daughter-mother attachment over just a few months as the AI became a replacement mother figure for the teen. Pandor is currently Yukiko's legal gaurdian.

Personality-
Pandor is shown to be a very helpful AI, offering assistance when need. She often smiles and tries to support her Duelists. She is also very observant of her opponents, but still respectful. She is well aware of the limit placed on her free will, but doesn't seem to mind this at all, even stating that the limitation was there to help her coexist with humans. Pandor also wishes to coexist with humans and is also very perceptive of inner emotions.

Since her mother's death, Pandor has moved into the Fujiki household to keep an eye on Yukiko while also becoming a mother-like figure to the girl. As well as a overall stable female influence in her life. Then the female AI became the teen's legal gaurdian when her father didn't log out of Link VRAINS. The AI and teen are both very close with each other, with Yukiko often going to Pandor for advise or just for a little female-female company if she needs it. Pandor is very protective of the teen and takes her job watching over the bluenette with all the seriousness one would expect of a mother looking out for her daughter. She may be a little strict or even overbearing at times but its just because of her deep care for her human charge and the family. She has no problem doing what she must to ensure the safety of her human charge.

Personality- Raye had to grow up very fast, and it shows. She's doesn't smile much, and laughs even less, utterly devoted to her work to the point that any time she spends out of Link VRAINS is spent at a terminal. She doesn't have any hobbies, or friends, or anything outside of her job. On the clock, she pursues her targets with a single-minded determination, and a duel with her almost always results in a deleted account.
History- Raye's never known her parents. She was raised by SOL, trained from birth to be a defender of Link VRAINS. Her deck was created specifically for her, and she's known nothing else in her entire life. She acts as SOL's boots on the ground, meting out justice to those that would threaten the integrity of the network. Plenty of would-be hackers have met their end at her hands, and her unique playstyle has made her famous in underworld. Rumors abound of a duelist that fights cyber-crime without a single monster in their deck, but nobody's manage to catch sight of them.
Appearance - In Link VRAINS, Raye's features remain the same, but her outfit is replaced with a white armored bodysuit.
