vii.Nol was actually born in an island off of the Earth Nation, his parents were archeologists studying some ruins. His parent's job meant that he moved a lot. They never really stayed in one place, the downfall of this was that he never really had any long term friendships. He fixed this issue by collecting plants, caring for the plants gave him something to do every time they were out at sea. Nol found out he was an Air bender when he was four years old, his parents kept it a secret from the Air Nation since it was custom that parents sent their kids to the temples to receive training, his parents didn't want to let him go. He spent the next years becoming a well educated young man. One night after his 12th birthday a storm hit their boat as they were on their way to the fire nation, he tried his best to use his air bending to guide the boat away from some rocks but due to the lack of proper training he wasn't strong enough. His father passed away that night due to the incident, Nol believed that if he had been strong enough he could have saved his father. Nol left to the Northern Air Temple where he started to get training. He brought all of his plants with him of course, he has a little tree growing in a pot that was planted with his father's ashes, that tree is his most valuable item. He found it a challenge to fit in with the other kids at the temple, they were more skilled than him by miles. During a cold winter the temple fell under an illness, with no doctors on the island they weren't sure what to do. Based on his knowledge of plants Nol was able to cook up a remedy and heal everyone. Ever since that day no one picked on him for not being the best Air Bender, even though he still tries really hard to get better at it.

viii. Nol is an outgoing kid, you can usually find him attending to his plants or diving face first into a book. He is also a rabid fan of tea. Nol has some issues expressing himself as he comes with baggage that he never properly learned how to deal with. He tries to block his emotions by being slap happy most of the time. He is really hard on himself and the only time you would see him angry would be when he's Air Bending, considering he's not the best at it he still blames himself for what happened to his dad. His biggest fear is having someone else get hurt because he wasn't strong enough.

Growing up Nol's parents told him stories about the royal families. He had been particularly interested in the story from the water tribe. His parents told him that royal family had twins but these twins were touched by the spirits. The first child was born with pure white hair while the second one was born with jet black hair. The people of the water tribe believed they had been blessed by the Ocean and Moon spirits. It was also rumored that one of the twins was able to master blood bending. Nol is extremely excited to see if this is real, it could just be a story his parents made up to keep him busy and the princess could just be your average looking water tribe member. But if its true, there would be way to many questions for him to ask. ( will add more as it progresses)

Reo is... kinda boring if you ask Nol. He's a historian and all but he really believes in spirits? How can you be a man of facts and believe in flying sparkly spirits? Nol has some serious doubts.

Nol knows of the prince, considering Nol was born by the Earth Kingdom, he had to go into town many times to get things. Although he (for obvious reasons) has never met him in real life he has heard a lot of things about him through the towns people. Nol has heard about the prince's ability to Lava Bend, an extremely difficult method of bending Avatar Kyoshi had once mastered herself. Nol can't wait to perhaps see this for himself one day. Nol is completely starstruck by Raiea, she is really strong both physically and mentally which is something he himself wants to accomplish. In the Air Nation although they train for combat now, its very pacifist. Nol is completely in awe that someone that rough even exists, he's definitely going to attempt at putting in a good first impression. ( will add more as it progresses)

Tiki and Nol had already met each other before. When he was traveling with his parents they would always see each other at Earth Nation discovery sites. At least once a year they would spend several months together. They grew very close and almost know everything about each other. Seeing her again has brought his spirits up. Hoping they can rekindle their friendship and honestly? Puberty did her well.

Nol is honestly probably the only one that isn't bothered by the fire nation in the slightest. He actually thinks they're pretty cool. Sure they messed up in the past but bad things happen all the time. He admires Akari for being able to carry her family's history and work towards providing peace. Plus Nol 100% wants to see magenta fire.

Call it a gut feeling but Hayate seems to be a pretty cool guy. He looks so ruthless and well built. Definitely someone you would want to stay on their good side. He also finds it quite intriguing that he's the only bender that came with the fire nation that has normal fire.

Nol is also excited to meet hami. The way of healing for the fire nation was nearly forgotten during the war. The technique itself is rare. He is very interested to learn how it works exactly and compare his findings with what he can do with plants. Also her bright red fire is pretty cool. ( will add more as it progresses)

Hisashi is pretty serious looking and definetly looks like the type of guy that could squash him if. Nol doesn't know why he is more comfortable going up to Hayate who is probably the scariest looking one out of all of them. But Nol is just going to trust his gut, that wont stop him from annoying Hisashi here and there.

Nol looks up to Zeru and really respects him, although he is extremely jealous of him and his tattoos. How can he be so perfect? Nol has been putting blood and tears into his bending yet Zeru can pull anything off with ease. Maybe if he had been like Zeru his father would still be alive.

Nol has a feeling he is disliked by Kiya. It makes sense, he's a weak air bender while she is a strong warrior. It kind of sucks because he looks up to her as well, he would like to be able to manage situations like she does while keeping respect to her name. He tries his best to impress her and prove he's not useless but its usually all in vein. She's the only part of the trip he's not really looking forward to since she reminds him of everyone else in the air nation that treats him the same.

Deshi is a warm, forthright type that loves helping others with a tendency to have extremely
strong ideas and values. He can back his perspective with the creative energy to achieve his
goals, inspiring others to do the same. As a natural-born leaders, this is quite easy for Deshi

the determination to help those in need means Deshi can find himself developing a sort of e
motional hypochondria. If he gets to a point where he's held back by limitations someone else
is experiencing, it can hinder his ability to see past the dilemma and be of any help at all. It
is extremely important for Deshi to pull back and distinguish his own feelings and what is a se
parate issue that needs to be looked at from another perspective.

Raiea is a serious and composed individual, rarely letting her guard down purely out of habit and instinct. She is a mostly all work and no play type of person, and treats almost every task as if it was the most important thing. She is dedicated to all that she does, and when she puts her mind to something theres no snapping her out of it. Stubborn and independent as well but she knows when to be a team player, she's a quick thinker and planner, especially in the heat of the moment, but tends to be bossy. The military has taught her to be obedient and not question orders, though she does frequently when she believes it's in the best interests. Believe it or not, she has quick temper, but she hides it easily, the anger only ever coming through in stressful situations. When she does let her guard down however, and lets her military persona down, she is a very loyal friend. Though her humor may be a little harsh or sarcastic, she truly cares about the people closest to her, though she has a tendency to look out for herself above all.

Raiea was born to a high-ranking military family, so it was only expected that she was trained from a young age on how to bend and everything on top of that. Her father was a strict and harsh teacher, but wanted the best for her, he and her mother trained her daily when she became of appropriate age. Lecturing her on military ideals and the lot. Her father was sent off when she was young, and eventually killed of mysterious circumstances. Her mother became stricter out of love and her need to protect her, and eventually Raiea was shipped off to the military academy. Graduating as one of the top students, she entered the Military and currently stands as one of the Lieutenants.

warrior. his temper and aggressiveness is something

whole team in danger. all in all, she does not like
him at all.

healers seem to be one of the rare exceptions. still
wary around this particular healer, raiea has found
her to be unexpectedly kind. and if given the
