to most, elysia, washington is nothing but a small town nestled in t
he crook of the forest. it consists of shops and businesses, somethi
ng antique and charming. to those unique few who reside within it'
s secrets, elysia is run by two select groups - the rich vampires who
where born with silver spoons in their mouths, and the wolves that
run small business and protect the place they call home. despite th
e palpable tension, the residents of elysia had been living side by s
ide for countless years. when a well known vampire is found dead,
the town is shocked. the cause of death was mauled by an animal.

Ava is a very big person trapped inside a rather small body, according to those that know her well. Despite her petite stature, she grabs your attention
from the moment you walk in the room, regardless of where she may be or how high or low she may be situated. A very charismatic individual, Ava is
adept at reading emotions and getting along well with just about anyone she pleases - to varying degrees depending on the kind of relationship.It's
very easy for Ava to come off as the warm and friendly woman she truly is, welcoming new friends and business partners alike, and even easier for her
to slip into the shoes of the cold and sharp-gazed negotiator her parents raised her to be. She's been through many a simulation and real life situation
in various languages and degrees of danger for those involved. This allows her to know what words to say, and when to say them in order to diffuse
tense situations before they escalate to the point of violence. Ava isn't known for keeping her cool outside of such interactions, as she is a rather
aggressive person, but in Ava's world, pack comes first, and if violence could harm them or put them at a disadvantage in any way, it's out of the
question to indulge. This prioritization leads her to be quite the observant young woman, consciously and subconsciously filing away bits and pieces of
information about everything from the way a person twitches when they're lying to the way they favor a leg to later be used to the packs advantage.
Ava would do anything to protect them, her second family and dearest companions, and despite her young age and very few years of leadership
experience residing under her metaphorical belt she believes that she is the best person to care for them. This is inadvertently Ava's greatest flaw,
however, as her refusal to acknowledge that there are other, perhaps better ways of leading the pack than the paths she's chosen can threaten the very
lives she's dedicated her own to protecting. She's very stubborn about her opinions and decisions, despite the minor indecisiveness that leads up to said
actions, and once Ava's put her foot down, it's quite difficult to get her to lift it up again. Enemies turned friends are often mistrusted, and friends turned
enemies are often trusted too much. Rules that might need changing aren't usually meddled with unless Ava is convinced they could threaten the way
the pack is able to live, and even then the tweaks may be very minor. Ava does her best for her people, and often struggles with feelings of inferiority
and self-loathing. She does believe she cares best for the pack, but she also feels they dislike her for it. She fears that perhaps she's too controlling, but
is unsure of how to approach the topic with anyone without seeming weak or unfit to lead and protect the pack. She covers up these doubts and with the
warmth and kindness that so many know the spunky woman for.

Though not born in Elysia, Madiana's parents came here when both she and the town were young. Her father, the son of two Italian immigrants, started the modest Italian restaurant the vampires run today. Madiana learned how to cook from a young age and developed a passion for it, later working at her father's restaurant starting in her early teens. Though not the first, Madiana later became one of the first few vampires at Elysia in her late twenties. She's stayed in Elysia ever since, running her father's restaurant with the others and helping new vampires cope with their new reality.
Professional and to the point, Madiana is often found wearing a freshly-ironed button-up, black slacks, and heels with her soft brown hair pinned up in a messy bun (though it typically starts out much neater). On the rare occasion she has business to tend to during the day, she tends towards colorful sundresses, a sunhat, and sun glasses (for exactly the reason you'd think, though they don't help much these days). Otherwise, her casual wear consists mostly of t-shirts and shorts.
As one of the older vampires, and the leader of the vampires at Elysia, Madiana takes it upon herself to watch out for every 'newborn' vampire for a good few years. She's more prone to tough love than coddling, though, making her care both a blessing and a curse. Still, she likes to make sure they're well-off; whatever their background, all new vampires are'born' with a silver spoon in their mouth. Madiana easily gets caught up in her work, (still a wip)

davis is the type of guy to honestly give y-
ou the shirt off of his back if he thought
you would benefit from it. while words te-
ends to be hard for dj; he relies heavily on
his actions speaking for him. by nature, dj
is very loyal and is unlikely to give up on
something or someone until the very end.
he can be quite stubborn in that manner.
he can become quite obsessive over cert-
ians ideas and will most likely need some-
one to intervene or he is very likely to run
himself ragged. davis is much happier hel-
ping people out though, especially if they
are family to him.
