the son of a pureblood wizard and a half-blood witch from en
gland both of them known for their skills in quidditch, which
has been passed down to him. it's easy to imagine that there'
s a lot of pressure placed on his shoulders with him trying to
maintain his parents' legacy. to say the least, ezekiel is a spi
tfire. he's passionate about what he loves and has the stubbo
rness to match. not to mention that poor temper of his. he's
no stranger to getting into fights with magic or not. it's the r
eason why he landed himself in detention in the first place a
fter one of the gryffindor players thought it would be a good
idea to insult one of his teammates. ezekiel is fiercely prote
ctive over those he cares about and would do anything for th
em. like all slytherins, he has cunning and ambition. he woul
dn't let anything get dare to get in the way of his goals, willi
ng to do whatever it takes to achieve them. there's the imag
e of him being that cocky quidditch captain prone to getting
into fights. in reality, he's very stressed about, well, everyth
ing. he honestly doesn't know what to do with himself, since
the only thing he knows is maintaining his parent's reputatio
ns. it doesn't help with how badly they push him to his limit.

It isn't surprising that Marcus is an
intelligent wizard. While a witty and
clever person, he's a super introverted
guy and doesn't have really anyone
he can call a friend. He's a pretty
big dork/goofball, and is way too
focused on his studies (and also way
too awkward) to really make any
friends. He's pretty antisocial and
often times prefers books over real
people. He just has a hard time
expressing himself and putting him-
-self out there. Which causes him to
be pretty lonely a lot of the time.
Marcus is very creative, and a great
problem solver, and when it comes
down to it he has a deep rooted
imagination and a thirst for know-
-ledge. He's also a very driven,
efficient, and goal oriented person.

When it comes down to it, Marcus is kind
of a coward. He has a hard time standing
up for himself, and mostly just does what
he's told. His parents pressure him mostly
to get good grades so he could work at a
high position in the ministry like them.
They constantly compare him to his older
brother and often push him to the point
he's so stressed out it's hard for him to
even focus on anything (which just makes
him feel worse). He loves charms,
transfiguration, and pretty much every-
-thing besides potions and DADA (though
he does well in those classes regardless).
Secretly, his dream job would probably be
a healer and he also really wants to try
out for quidditch, but his parents wouldn't
ever let that happen. Beside studying so
much, his favorite thing to do is read
fantasy muggle stories that help him relax.

His parents got pretty mad at him for not making prefect, and in turn make him study harder and juggle a lot more responsibilities which he really doesn't need. He has pretty low self esteem since he views himself a lesser because of his parents constantly nitpicking him and telling him to be more like his brother. Marcus has a tawny owl named Wickler that he pretty much considers his best (and only) friend. His wand type is made out of black walnut wood with a unicorn hair core, 10 ¾" and hard flexibility. His reasoning for being in detention is because his parents decided to "take action" when he got a low grade on a potions test. Honestly this innocent young man really just needs some friends and more supportive parents.

meabh might come off as an airhead, but she's far from it: this 17 year old gal
has a big heart and is actually quite bright, despite being a scatterbrain. she
also lacks a filter - speaks before she thinks, putting out her very honest
opinions with pretty reckless abandon. she maintains an air of elegance and
boasts a very well coordinated wardrobe complete with matching accessories.
she's got that sweet, sweet galway accent that seems to be attractive to
plenty of people, a very distinctive accent in the halls of hogwarts.

she's very resourceful: thinks outside the box and has a tendency to throw all
caution to the wind in classic gryffindor manner. doesn't really care for rules
or authority, has been caught on numerous occasions bringing small magical
creatures into the gryffindor dorm from the forbidden forest and the lake.
her dorm area boasts a wealth of weird and wonderful plants she's tended
since first year, and a welcome home for any wandering creatures, including
her owl donal, who much prefers her company over the racket of the other
owls in the owlery. meabh has a curiosity that could be classed as nosy: she
likes to know about anything and everything, from classroom gossip to the
language of the merpeople in the lake, which she's been teaching herself
because she's just that curious about these creatures of the dark. with
a strong sense of empathy and a level moral compass, meabh often takes on
the burdens of others in an attempt to help them, putting others before
herself. she doesn't mind: really believes that you reap what you sow.
