a usually well-intentioned goofball with a strong sense of morality,
(unless it's funnier to be amoral). ashe is "always on" and cannot
relax until everybody is satisfied or taken care of. v sweet, can't lie to
save his life, and a big chatterbox to those willing to listen. undyingly
upbeat and goes after his aims with no qualms aided by charisma and
and confidence and becomes an unstoppable force when his mind is
set on something. has a surprising amount of patience, although
many mistake this for tolerance. ashe's got a penchant for taking
care of birds of all kind, influenced at a young age by his braviary,
and chances are, ashe's got a few feathers stuck on his clothes.

grew up in kalos, so he's a sucker for big city lights. he even competed
in a few pokémon contests here and there, but prefers to take on
gym challenges, and aspires to be the champion someday.

─ raised in coumarine city, is a big fan of flying over the nearby
oceans and watching the feebas and magikarp from above.
─ doesn't drink coffee at all. despite kalos being famous for it's
cafés, ashe can't stand the stuff. would much rather have some
berry juice or tea. big fan of sour tastes!
─ imagine being scared of heights?? smh. this boy lives for being
in the sky. isn't there a saying about 'always having your
head in the clouds'? well, he's the epitome.
─ y'know what really scares him though?
mr. mime. keep that guy away from him.
─ is also scared of thunder, because that can wreck his entire team.
─ will make you flower crowns! as long as you don't mind a
feather (or two) being in there somewhere.
─ started pokémon contests when he was very young, and

those outfits were atrocious. and he's so sorry for making
his pokémon wear them.
─ his adoptive parents were both tailors, and so he'll totally
sew up any wrecked clothes you have. they also made
him his own pokémon costumes for competitions!

kaito, his usual partner pokémon, has been with ashe
through thick and thin. the braviary can usually be found resting his head
atop of ashe's, or just nearby. they're pretty protective of one another.
brave bird. superpower. bulk up. roost. fly. areal ace. male. level 60.
rouge, a large hulking corviknight, is nothing short of a
powerhouse when it comes to battle. despite her scary appearance,
rouge is a quiet and well-behaved pokémon who loves a good nap.
body press. iron defense. taunt. iron head. defog. female. level 55.
a gift from his adoptive mother, due to his love
of flying types, even if the rowlet ditched the flying type, ashe would
never abandon his dapper, feathered friend. bandit, the decidueye,
is happily along for the ride, no matter what.
spirt shackle. u-turn. shadow ball. leaf storm. leaf blade. male. level 52.
given to him as a prize for winning his first pokémon
contest, ashe didn't know what to make of the togepi at first. she wasn't
that graceful in her egg, and wasn't much of a fighter in gym battles.
through patience and love, himiko found her space on the team.
heal bell. thunder wave. air slash. roost. nasty plot. female. level 50.
originally brought to him by his braviary,
the large bird thought the larvesta was a snack, yet was badly burned by the
creature. ashe hurriedly healed his pokémon up, and caught this fearsome
bug. despite their bad first impression, blaze has grown attached to the team.

his very own kalos star! rex is a spitfire of
a hawlucha who loves nothing more than being in the spotlight and
battling others. he'll do almost anything for a good fight with others,
but is usually flaunting his moves while he's battling.

noi lang . "just two chaotic goods,"
they've both got energy to spare, so usually
these two hanging out is a recipe for trouble.
ashe's more than alright with bailing noi out
of any sticky situation, as long as noi's okay.

winifred vitalis . "go crazy aa, go stupid aa!"
ashe tries his darnedest to make sure she
doesn't rush into things and end up hurt,
but can't deny the fact that living that
freely sounds fun!! just scary, really scary!

shotaku kisaki . entirety of 'boyfriend' by btr
sho's a big grump, but ashe is on a mission
from arceus to make sure that he sees life a
little brighter. sho's slowly coming out of his
shell, and ashe can't help but find him adorable.

chikara kuragari . "frightened, but trying!"
ashe's like a big playful yamper, and chikara's
a hissing delcatty. he doesn't understand her
tough demeanor, but wants to be a companion
none the less! it just, might take a while...

cerise prevost. "give me your bird wisdom,"
even if she's a bit shy, ashe's willing to do
the talking for the both of them. unless it's
about random bird pokémon facts, then he
lets her speak. he always wants more bird facts.

estival lei . "please don't use thunderbolt-"
okay, so maybe estival is a bit too brash
for ashe's liking, and maybe esitval likes
to pick on him a bit, it's all okay! ashe
still wants to be civil!! (but arceus, is it hard).

kaia eiras . "i'll watch from above!"
both upbeat and caring, ashe thinks kaia is a
great friend to have! whenever he has the time,
he enjoys watching her race! from the sky-
of course- the best seats out of the house!

samuel grayson . "'someone will die.' '-of fun!'"
at first glance, many people would think
that sam's aloof personality and ashe's
energy would clash, but somehow, they
manage to make an unlikely friendship work.

seren enoshima . "my best pal! kalos bros 4 life!"
both sweet n' happy boys who have been
friends since childhood, seren & ashe get
along like a house on fire. they just love each
other's pokémon and one another like family.

Personality

Cera's a bit of a nerd. She knows she's a nerd, and that's fine. She loves reading and she loves science, particularly biology. She knows probably a bit too much about pokemon to not be seen as... strange. She practically has every pokedex entry memorised (and absolutely will make fun of the more ridiculous entries). She does have every pokemon type and the vast majority of what pokemon tend to be best at memorised too.

Cera plays violin and 'cello and sings, and she's really quite musically talented. She tends to sing when she's happy, and she's not always aware that she's doing it. She hums lots, too. As she's very cheerful, this happens a lot. In everything Cera considers a talent of hers, she's a perfectionist.

She's good at cooking, particularly baking, thanks to her parents, and she likes cooking for her friends. She's terrible at actually drawing, but she's very artistic with cooking. Cera has very little athletic ability at all, and little interest in it, either, although she really likes exploring places she obviously shouldn't be. Cerise likes nature. She tends to be over-curious about new people, largely because she's used to knowing everything important about those around her.

Cera's shy with talking to new people; she doesn't know how to start with a new person, and tends to be far too polite. She likes to keep up a neat appearance, and while she doesn't care about getting mucky, she does care about looking undignified. She's a compulsive cleaner.

Cera doesn't like to draw attention. She's very modest about herself, and will deflect any attempt to compliment her until she's completely confident she deserves it. She likes to build up her friends more, and to do little helpful things for them. While she doesn't really know necessarily how to say she appreciates people, it's still really obvious when she does, and she will try to compliment people for things and be verbally reassuring. She's very tactile, offering hugs and greeting-kiss-cheeks to everyone she likes. She comes across flirtier than she really is thanks to this.

History


Cerise was found in a field-side path while her adoptive parents were on a country walk. Her partner, Mareep, was sleeping alongside her peacefully, and insisted on coming home with the baby that was already her friend. They both worked in the boulangerie of a small town, far outside any area sufficiently built up to make it a part of any actual region. There were only a few streets, on a steep hillside, with winding paths leading between them, and a wide river valley below, where she was found. The small town size meant she never really had to meet any new children, and never really had to do interactions with any new people, which spurred a lot of awkwardness with new people.

Cera started singing very young when she helped her parents in their boulangerie, learning both skills at once. She looked for other teaching in the violin after hearing someone playing whenever she went to buy fruits from the market, eventually asking for lessons from them. She eventually got good enough to join a district-based orchestra, that would travel occasionally to new places to perform. She met a few of her pokemon on these trips, but, for the most part, her training with her pokemon was within her own home area.

Almost all of her training has been outside of any real pokemon regions. With so little influence from humans, pokemon tend to be a lot more dominant and a lot stronger, lending themselves more to very powerful trainers - a little of this can be seen just from Kilude town, where pokemon are far stronger than in the rest of Kalos, and the effect only gets stronger the further from Kalos one goes. As such, Cera is deceptively strong from the view of anyone who purely sees her badge collection and notes how disparate and disjointed her badges are. That said, she's not inexperienced with battling. She just grew up nowhere near anywhere that facilitated gym badge collection.

seren was found by a lovely
middle-aged woman when
he was a baby, and his new,
chubby mom quickly shaped
him into her chubby little tot.
they traveled the different
regions together, allowing
seren to learn many different
customs and meet many
different pokemon. he grew
into one of the most caring
people one might ever meet!
seren is literally just a tall
teddy bear with a heart of
gold and a selflessness that
very well may be to his own
detriment. he adores cute
pokemon, which allowed him
to pick up little violet as his
most recent team member.
he doesn't know how he
ended up with a fully fe-
male group, but he loves his
girls and treats them like the
lil queens they all are. seren
aspires to be somewhat of a
pokemon coordinator, but
the idea makes him too ner-
vous, so for now he'll just
be traveling with the girls.
he loves baking poffins,
much to his team's delight.
he was raised to gather
around a nice warm meal-
or some warm treats, for
that matter. he always has
plenty to share. seren is
very naive and sort of obl-
ivious, so if anyone starts
flirting, they're likely to be
met with exuberant smiles
in return, but if he does
catch on, he'll start blushing
like no other. seren gets em-
barrassed much too easily,
and when he's flustered, he
sort of just shuts down to
prevent any further embar-
