History/Bio: Sadly, Cassie's mom passed in childbirth. Since she was a baby, she was put into a foster home pretty quickly and did well there until she was four and the couple had a child of their own. After, she bounced around from home to home, sometimes it was okay and sometimes she was just another check. Cassie learned how to block out her surroundings with her day dreams, always dreaming of monsters and orange shirted warriors. She ran away from the latest home she was placed in- the worst objectively- at twelve. After a time of just wandering, Cassie started north. Trusting a dream she traveled from lower New Jersey all the way to camp on her own. Ducking CPS and the monsters she once dreamed about at the same time. At one point she got into a pretty nasty fight with a monster that has since left long scars on her back. She got to camp on her thirteenth birthday and was claimed by her dad not long after. Cassie did pretty well at whatever schools the camp sent her to, enjoying the work when it interested her enough.
Personality: Cassie is real, laid back, and artistic. Because of her abilities, Cassie can create stories in her head that sometimes just seem better than real life so she can seem spacey. Really, Cassie has amazing focus, she just prefers to focus on her thoughts most of the time. Despite being a dreamer, Cassie hates fakeness and is pretty honest with how she feels and how she perceives people which can get her in to trouble. She has a pretty Hozier laid back vibe and people with high energy tend to be put off by her general lack of action and reaction. She is a firm believer in preserving her energy and when she does actually get into a fight it is oddly efficient even though she isn't the most skilled. She learned a lot during her time on the streets and uses that real-world knowledge with her advantage. She'll help other campers who need help sleeping or relaxing, either with her abilities or just by listening to them and offering them hot chocolate from her cabin.
Brief Physical Description: Cassie is 5'1. She is not particularly athletic. She has past shoulder-length curly brown hair that she doesn't usually have the energy to style. Cassie tends to dress comfortably in clothes she's taken from friends and kids in her cabin that are larger than her because she knows she'll usually end up falling asleep in them and sleeping in sweats is way better than sleeping in jeans. Her eyes are large and a warm brown color like chocolate milk. She wears her camp beads on as a bracelet and has a small poppy flower tattoo that she got on a whim at school on her wrist.
