Hey guys, just woke up, looking forward to breaking the ice today lol.

EDIT: So I got a warning today from a mod for posting photos of the wolves I used for reference, requiring permission is totally new and I’ve never seen that before. To be honest I’m extremely annoyed because the original photos I had of them were from a wolfmaker but I can’t access them on my phone as the only online versions I had were on photobucket, which is no longer available either. Image sharing seems to have become extremely difficult, so at this point I just don’t think I want to bother trying to find images I can have permission for, which seems extremely complicated. I hope it’s ok with you guys if I just leave the written descriptions instead?

Of course! I got a mod warning for posting a random wolf photo that wasn’t mine. I messaged them back saying sorry and things, but I’m still a bit salty at that. Go ahead and do what you wish, and what works best for you!

Yeah, I think I have had that problem like three times over the years before I really went back to deeply read the rules. Now I follow that and hence why basically all my pictures have credit because I don’t wanna risk having any more problems with the mods.

I am perfectly okay with the written description and I still remember what the pictures look like for the moment too.

That’s totally fine! I stopped posting pictures when tinypic got shut down :,c I use detailed descriptions to as best as I can lol. I always prefer to use photos, but I guess detailed descriptions work till I can actually draw up the pictures( just trying to still learn digital drawing lol)

I don’t ever remember that being a rule before, credit yes but permission no. I don’t think I’ve even heard of that before. I did do a really quick search for free domain photos and found some somewhat similar photos which I did put up with links to their website. I don’t have direct permission but the website literally says “free to use”, so I would assume that’s ok? I messaged the mod back but they haven’t replied yet.
