marnie used to be a pretty stubborn, outspoken girl; until she lost all of
her family. the loss left her shocked and shaken to her core - and though
she's slowly recovering, it takes her time to trust, and she can be overly
cautious when it comes to decision-making. she still tries to help when
she can, but she leaves most of the major things to the others, and she
keeps her head down to avoid conflict. she makes sure she still mostly
has a say, but in general, she sticks to what she's good at to best help
the group, which is mainly scouting and identifying safe places/routes.

olivia - it's still taking time for marnie to trust ollie completely, but marnie respects her, and admires her skill when it comes to
co-leading the group. priscilla - prissy was the one to find marnie when was wandering, and who also persuaded her to join the
group. marnie sees her a bit like an older sister, finding prissy when she needs to talk. prissy's the only one marnie really trusts.
mason - mason's confidence intimidates marnie; she hasn't had a lot to do with him, but she does what he says when it comes to
the medical side of things, as she knows that he knows what he's talking about. booker - over time, marnies beginning to slowly
warm up to booker; she values his friendliness towards her. jack - he seems nice, but his impulsive decisions make marnie a bit
anxious. octavia - marnie gets along with octavia, but they arent that close. jason - jasons personality is almost completely the
opposite to marnie's. while shes intimidated by his confidence & decisiveness, he hasnt done anything to hurt their relationship.
sparrow - as their personalities are similar, marnie can relate to sparrow's reclusive behaviour. wren - wren seems nice enough;
marnie gets along with him. lilith - something about the girl puts marnie on edge; she tends to try and avoid lilith if its possible.
arsinoe - they get along, but her reckless behaviour makes marnie uneasy. mississippi - marnie likes mississippi; the two get on.

Jack is a tall man around 6ft 3 but he hasn't really paid much attention to his height as of late. His skin tone is a dark tan. He has dark brown hair, which most people assume is black. It tends to grow as an afro but at the moment he has it in dreads. His eyes are unsettlingly green, people recently have been saying that there was a glow or shine to them. He is lean but startlingly sturdy, weighing two-hundred thirty pounds (109kg). Jack tries to dress fashionably but sometimes wears whatever he finds which occasionally results in some interesting outfits. An example is the time he found mutated fireflies which were growing almost as big as half his hand. He made a paint/dye that lasted a few hours and painted patterns in some of his clothes and on himself.

Jack tends to have the attention span of a gnat. He likes to try to help people, but he forgets who he was helping and ends up losing track of most things. resulting in people not trusting him and sometimes bringing people to dislike him. He is rather impulsive, resulting in arguments or interesting stories. Jack has taken an interest to the way things have changed. He keeps a journal where he records the new creatures that he sees, along with drawing them. Sometimes the drawings are quiet crude if he doesn't have the time to do a proper sketch, but this is one of the main things he relies on since everything went crazy.

Positives: Jack is artistic and eager to gain information about this new world. Jack tends to view this world as a video game so whenever things go wrong he tends to keep a level head but this also comes with a negative.
Negatives: Jack tends to forget that he isn't in a video game resulting in him not taking the consequences of his actions seriously. At times this makes him seem insensitive and uncaring.
Hobbies: Critter watching, though most people find them disturbing or disgusting he tends to find them unique and something new. Jack also likes people watching, reading, drawing and eating.
Mutation: His eye sight is stronger than a normal person's.

personality: comes off as shy but once used to her people she easily gets along with them. she over perfects herself and expects herself to succeed at everything she does which can add to some over her own self-destruction. she tries to be fun and acts at times like a tomboy, which you'd never guess as you'd think she could've been a cheerleader. often comes off as sarcastic as she is but its only her messing with someone. though when she is in a bad mood she tries to stay quiet cause she's known to explode in people's faces otherwise and quickly her mood changes, very, very quickly and she feels sorry almost right after.

old hobbies: she used to work with animals like every day quite literally she could almost get along with anything. almost all animals adore her. she swam for fun and was quite good at it. even used to be a country girl go on trail rides go to rodeos and all that stuff.

some history: before everything she grew up in the country and lived her best life for awhile. at a young age her dad died in a car crash with her in it somehow she survived, leaving her and her two extremely close to her brothers and her mom alone. her mom became crazy before the apocalypse. and she has absolutely no idea what happened to her brothers as they got separated and she hates talking about the past cause it doesn't feel real anymore and she gets way too worked up.

some side notes: her ribs are all scarred as well as her shoulder/back with incisions from the crash and her ribs were broken. they never healed but it has yet to stop her. she is also scarred on her leg in some places and in her arm. the scars aren't too obvious as they've faded but the ones on her ribs and back look nasty. she doesn't like them, never has. also she wont show it, but she can get hurt rather easily but knows how to cover it and continue in pain which makes her great when it comes to combat.

some skills: no fear in doing what needs to be done in combat and is actually quite good at it despite the fact no one would know by her height and thin figure. she can use almost anything as a weapon somehow. she can hunt well but she cannot cook to save her life and will laugh about it.

sparrow was usually left
alone she grew up with a loving
mother naomi and two big brothers
wes + oliver they were a very tight knit
family, her mother became very ill she
passed leaving the three to a foster
system. sparrow and wren were
quickly separated from oliver by the
system, they kept together in the
foster home but after a few years
wren was adopted by a new family
leaving behind a distraught sparrow
she lived there for about two more
years before her brother oliver had
found her, he was old enough to adopt
the girl so he took her in quickly and
raised her. they both tried to search
for wren but they weren't able to get
anything out of the system due to
'privacy issues'. once things started
to get bad oliver tried to take the
two of them somewhere safe but
they were separated after a bad
storm. sparrow found the group
she gave up on finding her brother
after weeks of endless search.

sparrow is rather petite, standing at about 5'4. bright baby blue eyes,
sun kissed skin with a small scar above her forehead from rough
housing with her brothers. she keeps a necklace with a small
pendant of a bird that her mother gifted to her when she was
young, also she keeps a rather torn up and oversized hoodie with
her that belonged to her older brother oliver. with horns jutting
out from her forehead due to a mutation that she is extremely
insecure about, she fears that people might be afraid of her
appearance. sparrow is a rather quiet person, she spends most
of her time on her own despite hating the loneliness. she misses
both of her brothers dearly, hoping to find oliver or atleast that
he's alive somewhere although chances of that are very slim.
finding it a bit hard to trust people throughout this, she keeps
an eye on everyone in the group, preferring to keep her distance.
