SKILLS
when she evolved from a dratini , nefeli's attack and speed stat had
raised pretty high , though her attacks have weak attack points

HISTORY
as a dratini , nafeli had been on her own. she never really
did much besides hang out by the ocean. occasionally , she
would battle other wild pokemon to level herself up and evolve so
she can no longer be a small dratini. she evolved after defeating a weird
trespassing trainer , who had brunette hair and sunglasses , and his blastoise.
once he was defeated and ran away , nafeli evolved into a beautiful dragonair.
she was now able to fly due to the "wings" on her head. after evolving , it became
her life goal to protect the pokeworld. she felt bigger and stronger at last.

PERSONALITY
nefeli is an innocent soul , not really knowing about the
outside of her island. this also causes her to be very curious. she
doesn't know much pokemon beside water , like the basic magikarp.
she is very shy when it comes to new pokemon that she has never seen before.

WEAKNESSES
due to her nature , her attack stat is lower , maker her
weaker than what is needed.

ABILITY
shed skin : 1/3 chance in healing status condition

to have made friends with them and is willing to put her shyness down for them once
