After the untimely death of his mother, Heatherclaw, the death of his father Oakstar, a leader from another clan, soon after, and the disappearance of his adoptive brother, Serpentsting, Thunderfur was left a refugee with the rest of his clan after twolegs attacked their territory. Their home was destroyed; Thunderfur, never feeling cut out to be a leader, handed the title to a friend of his and left the clan, searching for his brother and for a new place to call his own. The strong young tom began to piece together a group of cats, and after reuniting with Serpentsting, he was happy. Unfortunately, fate had other plans for him; a band of rogues made short work of his brother and his new family, chasing him away from his haven. The tom wandered for several moons before joining Sageclan, where he is still recovering from his losses but is piecing himself back together with the help of his new clanmates.
โธ ๏ผฐ๏ผฅ๏ผฒ๏ผณ๏ผฏ๏ผฎ๏ผก๏ผฌ๏ผฉ๏ผด๏ผน โธ Thunderfur, despite his pain, is a surprisingly jovial cat, having a good sense of humor and calm demeanor most of the time. He certainly has a temper and struggles with PTSD, having many triggers from his weathered past (some make sense to the clan, like a sharp fear of metal objects, but others, like garden snakes causing him to break down and cry for hours, are much more confusing.) Although his emotions tend to get the best of him, Thunderfur is still a bold, strong young tom with a sense of honor and duty to his clan, and the desire to protect it by any means necessary. He is especially fond of kits, taking time to play with them and relieve the mothers for some much needed rest. He is not sure if he feels worthy to take on any leadership, but Thunderfur is open to the possibility of mentoring.
