- Mana is the adopted daughter of the leader
of Abyssal Seas and was raised under the
protection of the church. She's never known
a life that wasn't about love for the ocean,
its guardians and pacifism. That is reflected
in her usual excitable, yet gentle demeanor.
This earned her the nickname bubbles among
the church. She rarely tries to catch new
Pokemon, seeing it as a way of entrapment
for creatures that should be free to explore
the ocean. Despite that, she often befriends
many wild Pokemon that she encounters,
bonding with them as her namesake does.
Since the leader kept her so sheltered, she's
largely unaware of the illegal activities
commonly performed by other members
and spends herdays leisurely by the sea
shore. Random note, the fastest way to
make her mad is to force her to wear shoes.
The leader of Abyssal Seas first encountered
Mana when she was a toddler, sitting on the
coast accompanied by a multitude of marine
Pokemon, including the Sea Prince Manaphy.
This is what inspired her name, Mana, a
tribute to the God that had in the leader's
eyes, chosen her.
