Not a whole lot has actually happened. Cole joined Karter in the forest and redirected him to the river, where they’ve found Rita and Karter is freaking out. Peeta is showing Catania glowing stones, and Enna, Maui and Angel are by the creek and Enna is totally out of things to say.

@Bello: Ack! Yeah, basically what we did was just found her half in the water, like she had tried to pull herself out or had washed up there before she died, but if you want, we can redo that sequence since it was like...literally two posts.

If you vanish for a day, does that mean I get to play Alpha and do what I want with Shadow?

Re-doing doesn't make it better, it's that you've done it and that you didn't consider how obviously rude it is to take control of someone's character.

You’re right, I should’ve been thinking better than that. I got excited that Karter had been tagged in, and Moo isn’t on a whole lot for that interaction. I didn’t think it really mattered since Rita had already died. You’re right though, I’m sorry. I didn't mean any harm.

I’m not sure if you’re actually looking for an answer to the question on Shadow, but in the case that you are, the answer is yes. I’ve never minded people playing my charries in my absence. I’m in the wrong in this case.

The fact that you said it was only two posts, but I'm going through the pages I missed and seeing numerous incidents of this.

All of this is so immensely stupid and frustrating.

But I know that if I just stop posting for the day I'll come back to find everyone's taken over my characters.

What's the point in staying in a roleplay where no one respects your writing or characters enough to keep their hands to themselves? FFS

I'm at a loss on how I should handle this. May be spotty as I decide if the fun of writing with creative new friends is worth the level of bad writing and a lack of respect from the roleplayers in it.
