I made a quick history of LakeClan's founding so the elders' can have something to work off of when curious kits come to the elder's den for stories.

Lakestar was 13 moons old when he left his homeland and was 18 moons when he arrived in what would become LakeClan’s territory. At 20 moons he began gathering cats from around the territory to start forming LakeClan. He was given the idea by his future mate Petalmist who told him stories of the ancient Clan cats her parents told her about. After enough cats had joined the medicine cat, Tawnyflower, told Lakestar to go to the Starpool to receive his nine lives. He officially became leader of LakeClan at 22 moons old.
