- Susanna "Anna" Emilia Bicchieri is the youngest child of
the influential Bicchieri family of Veneto. Although they
have exploits in various fields, Anna's father, Emiliano
Bicchieri (naming his daughter after himself should tell
you everything you need to know about the man) is a
successful real estate magnate. It was never Anna's plan
to follow her father's footsteps into the harrowing world
of business and real estate, but parental pressure can be
quite convincing.
Anna's relationship with her family has always been rather
strained, and it had definitely frayed at the edges long
before Emiliano declared that her interest in women was
"immoral" and she could forget about inheriting any small
part of the Bicchieri fortune unless she forgot about her
"inclinations." Considering that she had never wanted to
be a Bicchieri heiress, the decision was easy to make.
Although she cut ties with an overwhelming majority of
her family, she chose to finish out her degree, since she
had a mere few months left. Business and management
are still not exactly her passion, but she has found it all
a lot more tolerable without her father breathing down
her neck. Since she has recently graduated with a
bachelor's in business, she is supposed to be interning
for the hotel's management, but often ends up doing
work at the reception, because the pay for her intern-
ship is nominal and poor graduates need to eat, too.
In addition to a narcissistic father and a cavalcade of
strange characters in her extended family, Anna has
two older brothers and a sister: Emilio (yeah), Augusto,
and Lucetta "Luce." Their mother has been out of the
picture for nearly two decades, and Anna pretty much
stopped paying attention to her "stepmothers" after
the third divorce.

- Anna is outwardly open and friendly - highly extroverted. However, she understandably isn't open about the weight of her surname
to those who don't recognize it straight away. Working at a hotel frequented by foreigners is useful in the sense that most of those
who come from outside Veneto and the surrounding regions aren't familiar with her family's antics.
Despite recently distancing herself from her family, growing up as the youngest daughter of a multi-millionaire narcissist has had
its impact on Anna, and she doesn't always realize when she's acting a little... off. Although she's a dynamic, charming, and playful
personality at best, she can be impulsive, defiant, and abysmally frivolous. She has a bit of a "destructive" streak in terms of often
finding a way to more or less intentionally derail her life from whatever path it takes, aka "I've driven my past three girlfriends to
break up with me." With this in mind, it's likely that her career at the hotel won't last too long, but her unwillingness to crawl back
to her father might just be the thing that'll keep her from derailing her life this time.
When she isn't engaging in destructive patterns of behaviour, Anna is quite breezy and pleasantly guileless to be around. She is
naturally affectionate and a major hugger.
