Hogwarts hasn't quite been the same the months after the war. This was especially true for a group of young a
dults- now all successfully progressed into their 6th-7th years, who had faced their adversities head on only to
be plagued by battle wounds and scars at the very end. They're all battling their own enemies within their bod
ies at this time and certainly the idea of house unity- school unity isn't helping whatsoever. Especially when Ho
gwarts decided it'd be a good idea to bring in some... 'international' students (if you will), from the Durmstran
g and Beauxbatons. Durmstrang's headmaster died at the hands of death eaters after betraying them years bef
ore and the Beauxbatons housed more than one spy fighting the war. Regardless, all three schools have conven
ed once again, not for the Triwizard, but for some sort of reunion in hopes of patching up old wounds and star
ting again. With the dementors guarding each gate, everyone is just trying to survive the post-war horrors.

── blessed with being part veela, hayeon has never needed to lift as much
as a finger for anyone to do her bidding. it was easy for her to pull strings
after all when all she had to do was bat her lashes. she even had a knack

── although hayeon has manipulative tendencies, she has never gone too
far in terms of using her looks to her advantage. she's got enough pride to
avoid being seen as borderline shameless. the part veela is very much aware
of how far the boundaries go.

she didn’t have to do much. just sit still and look pretty. she never thought

ntity, all of which have been immensely successful. she's
nowhere close to getting caught after all viii. parents, bo
th death eaters, had a routine of bringing muggles to the
house and then putting the cruciatus curse on them, all b
efore nine-year-old niina's eyes. at twelve, they made he
r join them. on a child's impressionable mind, this ultima
tely twisted her beyond belief, turning her into a mindle
ss worshipper of voldemort xi. niina was naturally precoc
ious, with an uncanny awareness of what went on around
her at a tender age, which was possibly what made her s
o lethal as a death eater afterward. she had a knack for r
eason and exploration, yet unfortunately her talents wer
e all put to the wrong use. eventually, niina began to bel
ieve in what she was doing. until the war happened, of c
ourse x. absolutely nothing fazes her anymore. her ability
to empathise and feel human has been reduced to nothin

─── so desentisised it's pretty horrifying. in all honesty, the war shouldn't
have shaken her as it did. she's seen far worse in her own household, afte
r all. since she was born her family has been feeding her sugercoated lies
about lord voldemort. she had grown up learning how to always put him b
efore herself.
─── set to marry a pureblood from durmstrang who had always treated h
er sweetly, but he died in the war, leaving her feeling even emptier inside.
her parents are now looking for someone else. looking at the durmstrang
students now makes her ache.
─── during the war, she adopted many disguises to avoid detection or sus
picion, all the while feeding voldemort insider information and from time
to time carrying out his plans herself. many lives had been affected due to
her, but at least then, she simply felt it was her duty. her favourite disguis
e of all is that of the "daughter of an auror" who would seek muggleborns i
n hiding with promises of refuge, then hex them and turn them in, often w
ith them remembering next to nothing.
─── helpfully, most just assume she has been deeply affected by the horr
ors of the war. it is far from being so superficial. having such apathy in her
eyes is accumulated through years and years of trauma. you are welcome t
o try bringing her back to life... provided you could forgive her in the first
place.
─── had a wizard painter draw her picture when she was around fifteen so
she would never forget how she had originally looked like.
─── often turned herself into teachers and even her friends during the wa
r to serve her own purpose, or rather, voldemort's.
─── having zero emotional fluctuations would mean niina's chances of alt
ering her appearance by accident is near zero. no one knows of her abiliti
es as a metamorphmagus, neither are they aware of her ghastly life thus f
ar. she is excellent at spinning webs of lies and keeping everyone around
her fully convinced with them.
─── absolutely excels at wandwork. niina has hyper concentration for she
doesn't seem to be influenced by any external stimuli. is she insane? mayb
e. in the muggle world, upon diagnosis she could have been registered as
a psychopath.
─── responds to jokes and flirtatious advances the same way - shrugging
her shoulders, a shy, practised smile on her lips. has to force herself to sh
ow happiness, sadness, or even anger.
