Facts!

Sometimes, Sixnese hoodlums' attempts at vigilantism backfire and lead to arrest. On the other hand, their targeted crooks and tyrants manage to get away.
This is largely due to the corrupt Royal Guard forces in the area. Since the Royal Guard answers to the Emperor, and they also serve as police, it creates a massive conflict of interest while managing citizens. Quite often, the powerful criminals and corrupt capitalists have bribed the Royal Guard or have connections in Oneta. This means they escape while the street punks trying to bring them down are jailed instead.
Sixnese jails are filled with much rioting during the holiday season. Occasionally, they succeed in escaping and wreak even more havoc on the status quo...
