what sorts of accent does everyone's peep speak in?

Traditionally elves have been really tied with Scandanavia, so at least as an elf Taellion probably speaks in one of the Scandanavian accents, and as Tal does the thing of deliberately playing up the elfiness (and I can do Icelandic or Danish) probably Icelandic or Danish.
Throwing it out there now that as a changeling they probably have the same sort of vocal tone as deaf people who've never been able to hear, where quite a few of them sort of? Don't have any accent?
I can definitely see them always playing up some sort of accent in any disguise and the like? accents being a way for peeps who actually know them to recognise them when they do them? bc your first thought on hearing someone do an accent isn't "oh this is a changeling" it's "oh here's my explanation for when they do something that's not quite what i expect", and one of those is very helpful.

I got Charity as fairly general (to my ears) Southern US type of accent, Clink as just sort of, copying whomever? And probably having a fair share of what sort of sound effects can be copied?
I'm guessing Gale probably speaks in a fairly typical English tone? And then guessing Kol, Cecil and Prudence have varying US accents between them?

as far as accents, I see Prudence having a North American accent.
I see Aleks Lee being a good comparison to his type of speech
with a few lingo he would have came up or adopted as his own.

I have her be British because uh. Having lived in the US for some time has made me crave British accents. Oops. Also she's based heavily on my Time Lady OC from Doctor Who, so uh yay? ^^'
