Appearance → Julienne has always been a small girl, even when she was a baby. At four foot nine inches, she is finished growing. She has a petite, slender figure with slight curves in the bust and hip area. Her hands and feet are small and dainty. She has peach skin, rosy cheeks, and a dusting of freckles across her cheeks, nose, chest and arms. Julienne still possessed a rather round, baby-like face. She has wide, pale violet eyes and long pastel pink hair that falls in gentle waves a few inches past her shoulders.
Personality → Julienne Frost is one of the most endearing people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. She is a sweet, gentle soul, very softspoken, kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. She is a giving person, always trying to help those less fortunate than she is. Jules never allows her own disabilities to stop her from helping others in need, and she never allows it to stop her from doing what she loves to do. She is a fiercely determined person and a very hard worker. Despite her quiet nature, she does have a bit of a temper. It's hard to push her to her limit, but once she's there, watch out. Jules is also insanely intelligent. She loves listening to audiobooks and learning how the world works. She is also a bit of a Pokemon fanatic and treats her pokemon like royalty, often spending time each day brushing them, petting them, and talking to them.
History → Julienne was born to Porter and Felicia Frost. Her parents were Pokemon researchers who dedicated their lives to finding new and innovative ways to help people and pokemon alike. Julienne was always a bit of a sickly child. She was born extremely early due to complications with the pregnancy, entering the world at only 24 weeks with a 20-30 percent chance of survival. She spent months in the hospital, coming close to death numerous times, before finally pulling through. Unfortunately, her premature birth led to some complications and her vision was compromised, making her partially blind during her early development and completely blind by the age of five. As Porter and Felicia's firstborn, Julienne was constantly being coddled and spoiled. Even more so given her disabilities. Her parents treated her like a Princess, giving her everything her heart desired. She was seven when they gave her what she had always wanted most in the world; a sibling. A baby boy that they allowed her to name. She named him Benjamin or Benji for short. Julienne adored Benji and the two were insanely close. She was devastated when she left home to pursue her dreams of becoming a Pokemon trainer at the age of ten, much to her parents' horror, but it was something she felt she had to do. She refused to allow her blindness stop her from doing what she loved. Many scoffed at the idea of a blind trainer, but Julienne quickly proved her worth, and the worth of her Pokemon when she quickly rose in skill and popularity and became the Alolan Champion at the ripe of fourteen. She has been Champion ever since.

Her family was on a camping trip and Jules had wandered away from the group for a bit of space, taking her Sylveon in her Pokeball with her in case she needed to be guided back. She ended up almost tripping over Serenity's prone body and found through touch that the Pokemon had been badly injured, likely by poachers. Jules managed to patch Serenity up and convinced the Pokemon to catch her so that she could take her back to camp and properly care for her. It wasn't until she got back to camp that she learned she had caught the legendary Suicune. Julienne kept the Suicune until she was well enough and then offered to take her back home and release her, but Serenity chose instead to stay with her new trainer and the pair have been together ever since.
