Ten individuals left their hometown up in the outskirts of Washington state in hopes of each walking their own pat
hs. However, one by one, each of them find themselves drifting back, each unable to pave their ways just as they'
d hoped. Somehow, someway, they've each hit a road block and need to manage, pick themselves up, and move fo
rward once again. Each of these ten young adults thought they'd find solace back home, only to find out that it's b
een taken over by a pack of werewolves. Half a decade was a long time ago, things are a little different now and
really, everyone's at the mercy of the new rulers in this small town. On top of each individual's struggles, the tens
ion is almost palpable now. main thread

lace because he likes to buy whatever looks nice; but puts a lot of effort into the composition

t skittish and will certainly flinch if frightened; he's perpetually in the 'fight or flight', th
e only problem w that- he's got a fifty-fifty chance on choice & it's utterly unpredictable
> gauged on the severity of a situation, while it's more than likely to receive a flighty res
ponse from him when he perceives a threat too large to conquer, a superficial examinati
on of him doesn't 'do' much justice; in fact, when his life isn't 'on the line' (however he d
ecides to benchmark this- it could be his image or.. his literal life), he's quite opinionate
d and has a lot to say to whoever's standing on the other side of the argument happening
> he is relentless and adamant, or even worse- when he tastes victory, entirely too smug
> a bit cavalier and the one to let his wins feed his ego, though this does reflect on his g
eneral predisposition for overthinking and over-analyzing any given situation at any time
> anything but brash, if nothing else, then he is simply an exemplary tactician, good at s
olving issues as 'cleanly' as possible and dislikes causing more of a mess than what was al
ready presented; he's innately an v orderly person- who even dislikes looking disheveled
> though he does tend to focus on the fine tuned details rather than it's entirety, he ofte
n fails to see that one option may presently look nice-- but will have consequences later
> easily hung up and subject to burnouts, he either will do everything in his power to he
lp someone else or will try his best to turn a blind eye on another, he has no in between
on two extremes and it's obvious; he will most certainly play favorites & is very biased™️

and cold. she doesn't really tolerate any company if she can help it
and has ensured that she works an anti-social job to avoid any pleasantries
with anyone. she has noticed the resurgence of old faces in her hometown
but has opted to stay away from anyone she used to know so that she can
process her trauma. aubrey has a miniature dachshund called bowser who
she absolutely adores. she has a fear of rushing water due to a childhood
incident and becomes very vulnerable when she's scared. aubrey can come
across as pretty rude before you've got to know her and puts up a defensive
wall to ensure that only those she feels have earned her trust can get close
to her. she's a sucker for romance and dreams of being swept off her feet.

n and reluctant to engage in conversation and indeed he is most days. quimby is about as
introverted as they come, stuttering when he's put on the spot and eternally speaking in
small font, he often has to prepare for conversations before they begin, creating a script
of sorts so he can feel more comfortable, which in some ways makes him a very analytica
l person, guessing people's response ahead of time. q's the kind to never ask for direction
s, not because he's stubborn or overly prideful but because he can't gather the nerve to a
pproach a stranger ── simultaneously altruistic and a bit misanthropic. he approaches th
ings carefully and selflessly, extremely conscious of his actions' and their effect on others,
but he's not very optimistic about humankind in general, pretty convinced we're all gonna
burn in hell for something or another. jaded from what he's seen in court & doesn't expec
t much ── family-oriented & a bit of a mama's boy, never was the kind to go out with fri
ends after school, he preferred to be home. ── the embarrassed owner of a very nervous
disposition, quimby is easily startled, though not necessarily easily intimidated. quimby c
annot and will not be forced into anything he does not agree with morally, even if he's stu
ttering the whole time he will get his point across. not the kind to cave to peer pressure.
── devoted. though reluctant to initiate relationships, with those he does have, quimby i
s wholly devoted and loyal to a default. he is full of soft compliments and random gifts fo
r his loved ones. ── a bit of a workaholic, he needs to have tasks to complete so he can f
eel useful, needs to be able to check things off a list to feel accomplished otherwise he ju
st gets restless and discouraged ── a quirky sense of humor, he's not very up to date with
memes & the like, he mostly just relies on funny faces, odd noises, & popsicle stick jokes

── a freshly graduated law student quimby had recently began work as a prosecutor, som
ething he had wanted since he was young, with the idealistic dream of putting bad guys b
ehind bars. but it wasn't exactly working out. as a rookie in his firm, he tended to be dele
gated only the cases nobody wanted, cases they knew they wouldn't win. and so he showe
d up, time and time again only to be defeated and watch criminals be freed. it wasn't exa
ctly bringing out the zen in him, and each consecutive court hearing became worse on his
part, feeling frustrated and incompetent and straining to be better ── sleepless nights, c
onstant self-deprecation, and overwhelming stress all culminated into one, glorious mess
during a first-degree murder case with a clearly guilty defendant being cleared due to ins
ufficient evidence, the plaintiff entirely humiliating him and mocking his stuttering habits.
quimby hwang finally snapped. the regularly quiet, pliant lil loser punched the plaintiff ri
ght in the jaw. admittedly he was sobbing uncontrollably while doing it, but that is not so
mething quimby likes to mention. ── he had suffered a psychotic break, was charged wit
h contempt and assault and was promptly suspended from his firm on basis of a psycholog
ical discharge. it was right about then that quimby decided he wanted to run home to his
mommy. ── he's a bit desperate for work at the moment, both because he has an ass loa
d of legal fines to pay due to his actions, and just to distract himself from his humiliation
── actually doesn't really feel guilty that he hurt the guy, he's more sorry he got in troub
le for it. still hates his guts. he might even have said he was proud of himself for finally g
rowing a spine if it didn't simultaneously endanger his career. but all-in-all he kinda feels
dangerous for once in his life and almost just maybe enjoys it? he enjoys the idea that he
might not be such a major push-over, that maybe he's one of those rebellious, cool guys t
hat people always seem to like in movies. he says all this, while sleeping in his childhood
bedroom with his favorite penguin plushie norbert. we got a real baddie over here, folks.
