Crown Prince Lee Yeong Tae, Korea's Prince Charming, once known for devilish behavior and bad boy image has now since grown into a charming and mature adult. Due to him being the Crown Prince and having to meet many foreign dignitaries, Yeong Tae became fluent in five other languages besides his own. Those languages are Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Thai, and English When he was in his teens, he would often skip dignitary meetings to go partying or date several different girls (and guys, but that had to be kept a secret). Yeong Tae has always been extremely aware of his faults and is the first to admit to his past mistakes. In the past, he was often cold, unpredictable, and very blunt which led to many conflicts that his parents always had to fix. Since maturing, he has become kinder and more gentle as well as having zero scandals in the past 3 years. No one is quite sure why Yeong Tae's personality changed seemingly overnight and despite his honest nature, he refuses to tell anyone why. Yeong Tae has always been confident or at least portrayed himself to be but, recently, the confidence is only a mask for his self-consciousness. There are times when the Korean Prince will simply just disappear, going off to a quiet corner, for the same reason that caused his personality change. He is very protective of the people he cares about whether it is his friends, his family, or his people. Yeong Tae is often extremely stressed due to having to make up for his years of partying and bad behavior, not only to his family but to the entire country. Lee Yeong Tae has three younger sisters (Yu Hwa, Hyeon Ju, and Joon Hee) making him the only son as well.

Despite his wild and bad boy nature during his teens, Yeong Tae had never truly fit that image. His numerous scandals were all with girls he was actually seeing, he was too much of a hopeless romantic to date multiple at a time or to randomly dump the girls. He was usually the one getting dumped, but he didn't want his exes to have a negative image so he took the blame as some playboy Casanova. After the motorcycle incident, in which only a few other people know about, he changed drastically overnight as he wanted to ditch his wild party boy image.

The pair first met when they were in their
teens, during his party bad boy phase. He thought she was
stuck up and a goody-two-shoes, but
now he finds her oddly adorable even if she
still doesn't seem to particularly like him.
Yeong Tae wants to desperately prove
that he is a changed man, but
doesn't want to push her away in the process.

They haven't interacted a lot as most of his
intereactions had been with her older brother.
He's heard the rumors of her being an ice queen,
but as he has experienced, the public's
perception of a person isn't always accurate.

"This path she's following, I know where it leads."
The pair have been acquaintances for quite a long time,
a vast majority of their early conversations were
of the non-sober variety. Now, he tries his best to
offer decent advice. Tae often finds himself worried about her,
he's older and knows exactly where the partying
path leads, it's not pleasant.

Josefina Flores ♕ Princess of Spain
"A friend that I can always rely on."
Josefina has always been the kind of friend
that Tae has needed. She did her best to keep him
mostly in check during his party days
and lends her ear to his worries while
giving the judgment that no one else really gives him.
Josefina is also one of the very few people
who know exactly what caused him to chance
seemingly overnight.


Chantal Bisset ♕ Princess of France
"We don't get along, it's as simple as that."
It's not that he hates or even really dislikes
the French princess, he just doesn't particularly like her either.
He finds that the people who spin the truth are often the type of people
who will start rumors and he wants to avoid that at all costs.

The two have been friends for a while,
well party buddies at the very least until Tae stopped
going to parties. He still views the British prince
as a friend but is often subjected to teasing by the other male.
Archer often tries to lure him back to his old ways,
but he won't let himself ever revert
all the progress he's made.

"I don't know him, but he's the kind of man I hope to become."
The pair haven't had many conversations, only having met
when they were young. He's sure that by now
the older man has heard about his exploits
and likely disapproved of his actions.
Altair is the kind of man that his parents want him
to be, the kind of man he hopes to become
yet that doesn't stop the jealously from forming
over how easy it seems to come to him.

They dated for a very short time
at some point in their teens. It was secret
and the very sort of puppy love that
Tae had always dreamed of having. However,
their relationship being secret caused problems between
them. They had no choice, they had to keep it secret,
but Donte couldn't deal with it so they broke up.
It was the hardest breakup for him as he couldn't
even tell his sisters or mourn the loss of his first love.

Iain O'Donoghue ♕ Prince of Scotland
"He's an interesting fellow, but in a good way."
The pair aren't particularly close, but he doesn't
dislike the Scottish prince. Iain is very similar to the
type of person that Yeong Tae used to be. The only
thing that causes a little irritation is how the Scottish
prince views his country's future so casually.

Appearance: He has black hair that is fairly short, and usually styled and kept very neat. One of his eyes is very dark brown, while his other eye is a milky blue - this blue eye is the eye he is blind in. He stands at 6'2'', and holds himself at a formal posture, and he has an athletic build, and is perhaps surprisingly well-toned.

Personality: Very polite and proper, he presents himself rather formally both in public and behind closed doors. He is quite unwilling to break or even bend any rules, even if no one would find out. He takes pride in his family's reputation for being fair and just rulers, and looks to follow on that same path. He wants to uphold his family's reputation, and has a complete understanding as to the reasoning behind the arranged marriage - and, quite honestly, if it means no one will find out his true sexuality, then he's even more all for it. He does have some confidence, and is rather friendly, being very willing to start or join a conversation with someone else. He can, however, be rather stubborn, especially when it comes to sticking to the rules. He could definitely use some encouragement to relax and learn to have a bit of fun. He will also be protective of those he's close to, and fiercely loyal and supportive of them as well. It just takes a while to get to that point with him, but it's very much worth it.

Trivia: - Mostly blind in one eye after being attacked at the age of 12 by an extreme anti-royal family gang member while he was attending a public event with his family. He does not like to talk about it, but the aftermath of the injury is evident with his pale eye.

- His father wants to pass the throne onto him in about six months, but he wants Altair to be married first.

- Altair enjoys reading, horse-back riding and surfing, and would like it if someone would enjoy doing those things with him.
