with. shes known for her trickery & host
ile behavior, often showing no mercy nor
remorse. she has only been described as
a cold-hearted woman who shows little t
o no feelings, some even believe she has
no heart. of course, this is not true, kiya
just has a good way of hiding things incl
uding her emotions. she has a calm yet
waspish attitude,growing easily bored or
irritated. surprisingly, she tries to avoid
conflict or even violence in general, dee
ming it as a "hassle" for herself.kiyohime
will normally have a quiet nature to hers
elf, leaving others to think of her as mys
terious & unable to predict her thoughts
or actions, which is how she prefers it. s
he has always had a more pragmatic way
of thinking,dealing with things on a more
sensible & realistic level.most times,kiya
is lowkey & stays in the shadows,but she

depending on the amount she is able to
gather, kiyohime has dragon-like abilitie
s & qualities. the final form of her power
is the ability to transform into a chinese
dragon that is massive in size & colored
black, white, & light blue. otherwise, th
ough, she is able to wield blue flames at
will & can transform parts of her body in
to dragon parts. her quirk is stronger un
derneath the moonlight & at its stronges
t during the full-moon.
- FLAWS since it is a moon-based quirk,
kiyohime is most weak during the dayti
me with the sunlight, which is why she
is often in hiding during this time. now,
she's able to use her quirk, just not its
full potential. furthermore, kiya has sho
wn signs of her body "deteriorating" ove
rtime. the most obvious being the large
horns that rest on the sides of her head
& the markings on places like her foreh
ead, shoulders, etc. that match the one
s of her dragon form. recently, there are
parts of her body that are chipping away
into scales like a dragons. this is a direct
result of kiyohime overusing her quirk,m
ore specifically the full-dragon transform
ation. this being said, she tries to limit h
er usage, relying on her combative skills.
her emotions are also a direct trigger to
her quirk, often going "berserk" . . . . . .
