@ kilimanjaro I am so sorry for your loss. Take all the time you need.
@ Everyone So, I'm actually supposed to be asleep...but I think I'm going to try to get another post up after I update the allegiances for the new characters I've missed.
I read that a few of you were discussing the confusion over the the assigning of apprentices to warriors, and you aren't wrong; the written rule, and my initial decision, was to have the individual Pack leaders choose in-roleplay. I mostly assigned new mentors right away because I didn't want the action to be halted, but, seeing as we've handled similar conflicts just fine, I'll take a step back. Leaders should decide, so long as the situation is new and introduced within the roleplay itself, not outside of it.
I'd prefer not to give away the planned arcs of my characters, but I will say that I do want them to fulfill some ambitions before I even consider letting them be killed off. For instance, none of my characters have love interests (with the exception of Foxpaw), and I feel that basically all of them - except Mischief, maybe - would want a partner, based on their personalities, so I think that it would be unsatisfying to let them die yet.
