DrMoneyBags, I mean that it is a humanish-name, if that makes sense, kind of like how a pet could be named Pickle but a clan member wouldn't know what that is and wouldn't come up with that on their own. In the world of Warriors, pretty much every single rogue that wasn't originally a pet or clan member is named much like the warriors inside of clans are, with a word that could realistically be in their vocabulary, just typically without a second word attached. For instance, Boulder, River, Swoop, and Runner all seem like proper rogue names. Also, I agree that all of those are negative traits to have, but here was my reasoning behind it: Berrybounce, though awkward with others, trusts her heart above her head and would thus most likely be putting the well-being of all of the Packs before just one, due to simple morality; Lupinpaw is naive and young, so he would probably leave a dying SkyPack to find a better home for them (probably without permission), and StarPack would want to aid the youth of one of the banished Packs forget their arrogance and learn that it is okay to accept help from others and that they need to do so to save their families; Mouseheart would want to go on his own accord because he's desperate to prove himself and StarPack would probably choose him just so that he could find his true place, considering his discontent with being an omega - plus, Mouseheart is quite brave for his size and would help keep the group on track.

Ember1989, I think that she could potentially be an alright choice, but I question her reasoning. She takes her training very seriously, so why would she put her reputation in jeopardy by going on a mission that is specifically against her own leader's wishes?

Ooh, I see. Sorry! I wasn’t trying to be up in arms over his name or anything. Would something like Bird be okay?

And
Now that you’ve explained it, I do agree with the reasoning behind Lupinpaw. It makes sense ofc.
Mouseheart I would still think wouldnt be a very good choice because of his quick temper. It would be a learning experience for him but why would StarPack take such a gamble to help one dog find his place? The fate of all 5 packs because he is discontent with his position?

And BerryBounce may very well put her heart above her head but if she were to go she would need at least one level headed and rational person to keep her grounded. Which basing on the other choices there are a few on the list that would be a good choice for that but they’d have to be picked first

Good point. Sorry I just thought having one of my characters in a prophecy would be cool. But I don’t see Snowpaw turning on her leader anytime soon.

DrMoneyBags, those are good points, too. I don't think that it would be entirely impossible that StarPack would choose them regardless, but it would probably be more realistic for them to either not go or choose to go whether or not they were actually chosen for the mission. And yes, Bird is fine!

There is really no need to apologize, Ember1989. It is entirely understandable that you'd want to be involved in the prophecy too. Also, I didn't mean that it would be impossible for Snowpaw to be involved, I just questioned her reasoning specifically.

Sorry Rogue Runner for adding a character to the "Possible Dogs for The Prophecy"without your permission, I'll wait next time for you to agree. I also realized I never said anything about Birchpaw being in the prophecy.

Birchpaw should be one of the dogs in the prophecy because he is kinder than most Shadowpack dogs, and isn't that excited over fighting other dogs. It makes sense for him to go to me because, he is one of the few in Shadowpack that I feel would want to end this war between the remaining three packs, and bring back the two packs that would be able to stop it.

about the rogues, loners, pets going to that prophecy, made by starpack, why could dogs like that even care to find some packs they likely even know anything about? Of course, they could help the chosen ones, but I don't see that they could just go randomly to find some packs after having a weird dream as they could not know about starpack stuff anyway...

Owlcat, that's alright. You did make the list, after all. Also, Birchpaw just kind of makes sense for the list.

White Night Fantasy, I agree that it wouldn't make sense for typical outpackers to be involved with a prophecy, but the ones featured in Owlcat's list, except for maybe Teddy, clearly take interest in the Packs' lives. Mischief wants to earn the favor of SkyPack (plus, she wouldn't take no for an answer anyways and commits to a challenge once she sets it) and Firelight probably wants to join a Pack, too, and doesn't want to see what happened to her old family happen to these new families. That is just my interpretation, of course, but I think that they would go even if they weren't chosen, sort of like how Mouseheart probably would just because he desires a chance to prove himself.

DrMoneyBags, I don't know if you said already, but has Scutt's name been changed to Bird?

I think down the road if Velvetstar does something she doesn’t like, Snowpaw might consider leaving but I may wait until she is a warrior.
